Ms. Malach is, to put it simply, a vulture. She is a rough, chain-smoking creature solely interested in money. She hasn't any children of her own. Thank god. Any family that gets her as a court appointed law guardian should demand someone else. Malach is as corrupt as they come. She has absolutely no interest in children - their well being or the truth factor. These corrupt court appointees are ruining so many families in Westchester County Ny and I suspect this problem is nationwide. Where there is any money you will find bottom-feeders like Malach - Ms. Malach's main tool, "Parental Alienation Syndrome" is an unfounded, non-empirically supported "idea" with no, repeat NO, validity. It serves only to fill the coffers of divorce attorneys, vindicate angry men and move cases along more quickly within the court system. If any thinking, intelligent person bothered to read even the first chapter of Gardner's book (I have read the entire text), they would realize how ludicrous his claim is. Indeed, this type of behavior can occur but it DOES NOT constitute a "syndrome". However, alcoholism, pornography addiction and verbal/physical/emotional abuse by a father are all behaviors that ARE deemed by society to be destructive, mental health issues. However Terry Malach finds these traits easy to overlook especially when she is being paid by said father/abuser.
Therese R. Malach is a miserable, unfulfilled woman who is sick in her mind and sick in her soul if she even has one.

| I am one of Therese Malach's former victims. More importantly my children were her victims as well. Thanks to God, and much ingenuity, my children and I have freed ourselves from her controlling grip. But - she is still out there like a turkey vulture looking for road-kill. She is still an arrogant- self- absorbed megalomaniac who is out there waiting for her next kill. I look on Google often in the hopes of reading a news story on her disbarment or even her arrest. She is in fact liken to a hardened criminal. No conscience, takes no responsibility for her actions and is with out any integrity - she is to be blunt - a demon on the earth. |

| Therese Malach is quite evil, it is very upsetting knowing that she is allowed to be a "law guardian". She cares only for the money/ doesn't even like children, has none, and moreover has in her efforts to line her deep pockets severely damaged many families. Her goals are not remotely focused on doing what is in the best interest of ANY children. There must come a day when she is held accountable for the many laws, codes and ethics she walks over repeatedly. When the system allows people like THERESE MALACH to prosper and pull weight in the courts while simultaneously committing moral and ethical violations of the most heinous kinds then we as a society will continue to live in a county (Westchester) ruled by corruption and breed. |

| Theresa Malach was appointed law guardian to my children. She was uncaring, cold and intimidating towards my children; she never returned calls, and then proceeded to suborn perjury during trial. If I didn't see it and live it for myself I would not have believed it. I feel she is mentally unstable and that her license to practice law should be rescinded - |

I came to see Susan Henner late last year because I was out of status and was the victim of a white female smuggling ring that kidnapped me and forced me to come from the former Yugoslavia to France and then to New York where I have been forced to work in sex clubs and provide blowjobs and fellatio and sex to fat, dirty, rich white men from New York. I came to this Susan Henner to ask for help as I was in a sex slavery situation. Instead of helping me, this evil women stared at my breasts the whole time I was in her office during our first meeting, and asked me very rude and offensive sexual questions the whole time. She kept loking at my body and making me feel uncomfortable until finally she asked me to give her ten thousand U.S. dollars. I told her I could not afford this and she made rude comments hinting that we could `work out a payment plan' while winking at me the whole time. I never felt so disgusting in my life. I felt like I was being raped all over again. This woman is a disgrace and a discredit to all immigration lawyers and she should lose her license to practice law immediately. I do not know why such a disgusting person like this is allowed to practice in law. Even in Albania she would lose her license. But I hear she is so connected (her sister Janet Henner is the Chief Immigration Lawyers Association) so she never gets in trouble. I know theres other womens who also have been molested by her.
