The Walless Institute This company is a scam! Oak Brook, Illinois

I worked for this company and it is a scam. They post job ads on just about every site because they are desperate for people. They promise a base pay of $500-800, but they don't pay it. This is a commission only job, unless you already have enough accounts.....which can take months to obtain. Only then do they claim to pay a salary. Also, there is no training, even though they promise that as well. They met with the new hires for less than 2 hours on a Saturday to give out some samples, a folder, and some other useless materials, and sent us on our way. They know that most of the people they hire are in need of training. When I asked to be trained at least for a day out in the field (ie. go out with another more seasoned sales rep to see what they do and learn what the whole process is like), I was told specifically by Dean that "I should just sway my hair, and I'll be fine." So there we were, no base, no training.....and did I mention they charged us $220 upfront to join the company? This company looked legitimate at first and I couldn't find anything bad about them online, so I figured it was safe. Had I known all this prior to paying that money, I never would have done it! They are very unprofessional, they do NOT know what they're doing and they lie about everything. To make things worse, they wanted us to lie to the potential customers as well just to get in the door. In addition, they didn’t pay us everything they owe. Stay away from this company!!!

I really appreciate this information as I was just about to fork over $230 for their "processing fee". I too could not find anything bad about them online, except maybe that they were a fairly new company. Today I decided to search their sales reps and found your post. I got that "this is a scam-red alert " feeling as soon as they asked for money to start and wouldn't give me a date for training to start, also after how nervous I was in the initial interview I wouldn't have hired myself!! so why did they? Probably because they saw how much in need of a job I am and how gullible I seemed. Well I guess it's back to the job hunt for me. Thankyou from the bottom of my thankfully skeptical husband's pocket!!
