| Hello to all,,, My name is R. Bryan Otte and I am the owner/operator of Mobile Munchies. I have done 2 things in the past few months that have plagued me in a very bad way. First of all, I did a custom build for a woman named Nida Rodreguez that is the soon to be part owner of The Slide Ride in Chicago. Let me warn everyone that ever plans to eat with her.... she has never even spent 8 straight hours in a commercial kitchen! This is a woman that could not even cook me meatballs for dinner!!! She admitted to me that she has never even cooked for more than 5 people at a time! This woman has told me this "in writing"(meaning I can provide you proof, in writing) How are you even going to try to pretend that you are capable of determining the quality of my work , let alone make a name for yourself in this business when you clearly have no experience in this business?. I have written proof(emails) that Ms. Rodreguez of The Slide Ride has committed breaking and entering at her own admission and was proud of it that she broke into The Gaztro Wagon in Chicago just to see what kind of equipment they were using. As far as her complaints pertaining to my workmanship; First of all, I am willing to share copies of my contract with Ms. Rodreguez and the release papers she signed concerning the demonstration of all electric and plumbing work that was performed. There was never any discussion of me placing any plumbing equipment in any spot.... therefore, there could never be any misplacement of plumbing based on her equipment because the equipment size and location was NEVER discussed. The only thing that was ever brought to my attention was the type of plug required...once again, I am willing to share text messages and emails to attest to the fact. The plumbing issue she is dealing with is the result of a hose clamp that had come loose....that is why I warranty my work; however, I will not deal with emotionally insecure and unavailable people that will not use reason and logical thinking when it comes to their business decision making. After being cussed out by Ms. Rodreguez, I told her that if she was going to talk to me that way and call my work "shitty", I would only deal with her partner or boyfriend(as she had told me earlier that they would deal with me and not her). This is the part that makes it all make sense.....During the build of her truck, Ms. Rodreguez and I had a 2 week sexual relationship that ended just as soon as I called her a "Mean Spirited" person. The biggest mistake I have ever made was having more than a professional relationship with this woman. She brought me a truck that has a generator already in it.... after I took it in to see if the generator worked.... come to find out that the carb was stuck and that a new carb had to be fabricated. I took it to a local shop that I have never dealt with before. The backyard mechanic that did the generator work told Ms. Rodreguez that the electrical connection that I installed was in danger of getting wet by rain. Let me explain that the generator was in a compartment that was factory installed....meaning that it was installed by the truck manufacturer and not by Mobile Munchies. The "backyard Mechanic' told Ms Rodreguez that the electrical connection that I installed was in danger of getting wet by rain......this is a generator compartment door that was installed by the manufacturer and is properly vented for air flow.....it stands to reason that if water is able to get to my electrical connection, the generator compartment is to blame. Unless gravity ceases to work and that it actually starts to rain uphill...this generator compartment is in no danger of moisture contamination. I have complete pics of the entire build process, including the release that Ms. Rodreguez signed stating that she had seen the complete electrical and plumbing capabilities of the truck before taking the truck into her possession. In the end, this woman wanted to get out of paying....she is a complete scam artist and I have no issue with proving my work to the buyer. Since her episodes of craziness... I have decided to just make the trucks the way I think they make sense and then sell them. This woman has no culinary talent..... and the more she shit talks my work without any professional back-up....the more I will expose her for what she is...a culinary fraud!!!! I would be happy to share all emails, texts, voice recordings, and don't forget pics!!!! I have proof of everything that this girl is that I have said; including pics and videos!!!! If you really think I am the evil person here, like I said...I have pics and videos to prove otherwise! |

| You seem to know so much about her and have had contracts with her yet you dont know how to spell her name. What an unprofessional tacky person you are! Nida RODRIGUEZ has actually catered my wedding. Everyone raved about her cooking skills and there was over a hundred people that attended. Her food is delicious and she's a wonderful person. |

| Nida has done a 25th Anniversay party w/at least 30 people. 2 baby showers, 1 birthday party and 1 engagement party. She has done a beautiful job which is why I keep requesting her back. My guest always go on and on about the food and how nice everything looks. Maybe she knows nothing about trucks but very talented and creative where food is concerned. I'm just sharing my experience, I have never been disappointed. |

I don't know her personally but have read and heard A LOT of great things about the slide ride and can't wait to try it, I've seen the pictures on her website and they look delicious! | Oh and it sounds like her only mistake was hiring you, look in the mirror and you'll see who the real loser is and maybe you will think twice next time before trying to publicly bash someone because it doesnt sound like anyone believes you because I certainly don't and your the one who looks like a fool! |

| What's that I smell? Hostility? Dude you reek of it. And wait a minute what is it exactly that you do do? Do you sell food or fix trucks? It doesnt sound like you do a good job at either of em. Maybe you should take your feelings out of this and act profesional because after all you were hired to do a job and sounds like you suck at whatever it is that you do.Grow up man |
