If anyone is in contact with Ms. Audra Whalley, or Mr. Scott Rabb, please post their address and license plate here for all to see. They are not roofers, they are desperate criminals.
You will not get your money back, you will not get your roof fixed. Stay away from these desperate evil people. |

| Yes, Audra Whalley, owner of Roof Doctor, is good at doing shoddy work, then hiding from her responsibilities when people discover the shoddy work. If she is sued, then she disappears from the face of the earth. |

| Yes, Both Audra Whalley and Scott Rabb are up for CRIMINAL FRAUD charges. Both have been arrested, Mr. Rabb (and I use the term "Mr." loosely in this case) has actually been arrested several times. They both have even ripped off from family members!! They have Dina Caucci as acting "owner" of their company Roi de Toit, though Ms. Caucci has nothing to do with the roofing business, except that her boyfriend Tommy Whalley is Audra Whalley's brother!!! Audra and Scott cannot open a company in their own name due to all the criminal charges and rbq complaints not to mention the tens and tens of thousands of dollars they owe each and every roofing supply store in and around Montreal!! The are the worst of the worst scum of the earth: ripping off even the elderly! If you want to get robbed, give them a call and they will happily do it! Very convincing liars by the way! I have been ripped off, so has my neighbour. BUYER BEWARE! |

| I hired the "Roof Doctor" (514-994-7663 & 514-923-7663) to repair our roof in October of 2010. They provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and a bill with an RBQ number (8348-0418-05) and a OPC number (118949). They effected repairs quickly and seemingly well. The main man doing the job, i.e. Scott, was a very congenial and polite man. He is easily recognizable as he seems to be a very strong man standing about 6'1" tall and weighs about 250. Come the thaw in the spring of 2011 we learned that the "Roof Doctor" had done a poor job - we had a significant leak in a place that never before leaked, damaging our inner walls. We have called them repeatedly. At first they said they would come by an look at the leak, but they never came. Then they stopped answering the phone. I tried again after not calling them for 3 months, Scott answered and promised to come by the house, and never showed. He is not answering my calls, even though I have called from a variety of phone numbers. This has been my experience with "The Roof Doctor". It astonishes me, since they spent a good amount of time doing the job and seemed to be trying to do a good one. Perhaps they are incompetent despite their best efforts, but I should not have to pay for their incompetence. I am a patient man - this story is not over. |

I'm investigating this case and I would like to know more about those two... You are referring to criminal charges against them. Can you be more specific?
