This person had gone through a bitter divorcing.She found me on the internet.She then contacted me.Myself having lost my wife in a car accident 12 years earlier and hoping for a new relationship answered her.We became what I thought was friends.She even told me that she Loved me.She was not working for about 2 years and had 2 children.She was trying to sell her home and relocate.We met in the spring of the year.I had gone to see her and her children on several weekends. I gave them a place to stay while she was getting employment,housing,and schooling for the children.

She was having financial problems and constantly recieving overdrafts.I gave her money to keep her from getting any deeper with penalties and bills.Constantly helping her out with gas, food,and exspenses.She always swore that she would pay me back as soon as her home sold.She got the children into private school about 55 miles away from my home where I put them up.She had to stay at a friends place in this town where the children were going to schooluntil an apartment or home could become available.Her home was not selling and she got the chance to rent it out.

I then helped get it ready for the renters and helped pack and move all her belongings to storage in the town where the children were going to school.I even made arrangmentstousea delivery truck from work.I then helped her again when she got an appartment.She finally got employment.Three weeks into working and getting her first check she became angree with me and decided that her and her children were not the life for me.I gave her some space,thinking she was stressed and would get over this.She never did.Nothing I said was right. She was set on breaking up and swore she was still going to pay me back.

I felt that since her camper and boat were at my place that I had some kind of colateral for what she owed me.Then she decided to get these out of my yard.I tried to hold them by removing the wheels from the camper finding out from the sheriff that I could not.She angrilly gave me a partial postdated check for what she owed claiming the rest she would pay me when her house sold.Stating (you know I am going to pay you back).I then contacted her later wondering about the rest.She text me stating that ,I don't owe you sqwat.I ended up taking her to small claims court.She ended up getting out of it all.The court said lack of evidence when the referydidn't look at any of my evindence.I had proof that I gave her the money and proof that she was going to pay it back.None of it was looked at.I even had witnesses.None were alowed into the court.She lied under oath and got off scot free.
