"the rod shop" at one time an employee broke my gas pedal,and on 10-2009...i was cheated out of parts. topeka, Kansas

in early 2009 i had my truck worked on for a crack in my windshield,but when i went to pick it up the gas pedal wasnt working.i immideatly went inside,and they denied it their doing,nor would they give me the mechanics name who drove it and parked it (it wasnt rod the owner)because i saw a toung man drive it outside the shop.so i had to repair it myself!cost me 21.00 at aa used auto parts for the gas pedal!i trust them to install some break parts (I PURCHASED!)and i paid them 60.00 for the labor.all went well untill the next day the breaks went out while i crossed the missouri border to a town named walnutgrove.the shop their took my wheel off and showed me the parts were never put on!so they ordered new parts and the town paid that shop!i was destitute.so i am requesting 21.00 they cost me for the gas pedal and the 60.00 i paid the rod shop for basically nothing.that break job waaaas so expensive!as far as i am concerned the rod shop owes the walnut grove ill.auto shop 39.99 for the spindle kits for the breaks 7.99 for disc cleaner 49.99 for the break shoes..and 89.99 for the used rotor they had to get..not to mention about 100.00 worth of labor!I am only asking 100.00 for my troble,but 250.00 for them to remburse that shop and those good people of walnut grove.
