Since
then I have still not received the photo album with the photos and
guest comments nor have I received any contact from the Photobooth
Company. I have tried phoning their company telephone number countless
times but it is never answered. My husband and I, as well as several family members, have left many voice
messages but they are never responded to. We have also sent many emails
to both the Photobooth Company email address and to Brian Josefowicz's
email address requesting the photo album or at least an update on when
we might receive it. We have had no response to any of the emails.

We filed a complaint with the West Michigan BBB in November, and there is no response, apparently not uncommon for this scammer. We have spoken with the West Coast branch of this company who also confirmed they never hear anything from Mr Josefowicz and receive many complaints about him.

Glad he turned up for the wedding, but only provided HALF of what we paid him for! We are shocked, sad and frustrated not to mention furious that this has happened, as now we do not have the photos or comments from our special day. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!
