This company acting as 1st financial lending group came to my home and pitched me atoo good to be true deal. He preyed on our vulneralbility and fast talked us into a $3500.00 scam. His name is Tom Pfirrman. He spoke so fast and never once looked into my eyes. I must have asked him to slow down a dozen times. Clearly he was high on something, it does not take a rocket scientist to see the tell tale signs of an adict. and only shysters dont make eye contact, but as I said we were vulnerable and desperate. It took months to broker a deal that saved us such a minimal amount of money it hardly seemed woth it to have done the modification in the first place. He promised to come back out to my home with a notary to sign and send in the final documents, but only a notary showed up nothim or anyone from his company, and no one had any instructions on what to do. Naturally there was something wrong and as a result we lost our modification. Eventually we lost our home. He promised I didnt have to make my mortgage payments for 3 months, and after taking this advice it destroyed our credit. Then he sold us a credit repair that never got done. What ever lies he has told you he lost our home, and I know he has lost other peoples home. But losing even 1 home is too much. He will take your money, spend it within a day and bulls**t you on a refund and never actually give a refund. Just read the internet! cant all these people have such similar stories and it not be true. How can He account for so many bad reports from so many different people. What ever explanation he has is just more fast talk. He wont even talk to you himself. He uses pawns at the office to say how hes always sick, out of town, an emergancy, anything to avoid a phone call from you. Dont trust or believe a word he says.
