I find it sad that thesesupposed "friends, family, employees, etc.", have time to write these lengthy rebuttals stating what a wonderful person that they believe Kristy Sinsara to be, but do not have time to return calls or handle important matters that need that time and attention. I too have been misled and given the run around. Four weeks ago, I requested a refund due to the fact that nothing has been done to help my husband and I. We have been clients since February 2010.Several false promises were made to us. We have been bounced around from case manager to case manager, phone calls are never returned, etc. We are no better off nowthan we were when we sought outtheir assistance in a period of despair. I recently hired a new (actual) attorney to handle my issues after I fired them in the middle of December 2010. In just a matter of weeks, Ihad my rentalhome sold and other matters taken care of. I feel for all of you that have legitimately gone through the stress and mental turmoil that surrounds dealing with these people. Kristy, I am sure you will read this as you obviously have to spend a lot of time trying to justify yourself. Your "tough" language that you have used in your rebuttals like "bring it on", etc. is unfortunate. By the way, you can call me anytime--I am not afraid of you. To the other people that still have not had their matters taken care of, I am so sorry. Contact me if you would like to band together to resolve this matter as I have a plan. |

Yeah, I was her "new favorite" client myself! As I heard her proclaim. I understand she has had a hardship and left the firm she was associated with. None-the-less, a while back I "had to meet" with her as they had received a modification and wanted the remaining money. I come to find out it was the first cheesy only $70 less my original payment I couldn't afford I received when I first went with them. They said they wouldn't and couldn't accept it then. Now, I owed them $1000 for "the best modification they could get"
She said they could go back at them and advised me to falsify my financial reporting to Bank of America. Of course, since I "had to pay them" per the contract I signed, they have still done nothing. In fact, there has been little documented contacts with Bank of America since Reyna (the first and best staff they have) was working on my case at the beginning. Since she moved on, I too had several people dedicated to my case. Where am I now, in a rental. I feel was really scammed too. I'm at [email protected] |
