A few days ago I recieved a letter from "American Classic Car Restorations, 514 Daniels St, #324, Raleigh, NC. This company owner James Grosslight stated he has bought out Brian Clark and his point of contact is Bill Balsley. In the letter it stated new policies if I wanted my car to be repaired at this business. This company included a mini contract stating any money given to Brian Clark at The Classic Chasis would not be honored, I am out cash. On 27 April 2011 I was contacted by Bill Basley where I asked about Brian Clark now being employed with the new company, "American Classic Car Restorations. Mr Balsley did confirm this fact and I asked if they thought it was unusual to have someone working for the New Company that had ripped off clients. Mr Balsley said he did not have a problem with it. Go figure! |

Dear Mr. DG,
Please see our web site info for more info. www.ACCRestoration.com I know Mr. Basley did not say "he doesn’t have a problem with Mr. Clark" We all don't like in any way what has happened. I know Mr. Basley and my position is that Mr. Clark is needed to help sort out this horrible mess of scattered parts. He is the only one that knows mostly, what parts go with what cars. Mr. Clark has been helpful in this process and all processes pertaining to the closing of his business.
All grievances with Mr. Clark and his former company need to be held outside of the new company, American Classic Car Restoration, LLC (ACCR, LLC)
ACCR, LLC was formed to help out this situation and get all the clients property safe and to complete any clients projects with integrity and quality, just like we do at my other shops. I have decided to do something positive about this
constant problem of being ripped of by restoration shops and I too have been a victim twice. ACCR, LLC is run and managed very differently than any other restoration shop.
Thank you for visiting out web site and our restoration shop in Fayetteville.
