| I've noticed consumers posting about the LDS Church ripping them off. I just wanted to post here that I was ripped off for over $100K in tithing which they require to be a member in good standing and that must be paid to go into their temples and ultimately get to heaven. They do exactly what Martin Luther undid for Christians, charge for salvation. In addition, I wanted to say it is a cult that will separate you from family and loved one if you leave it. I lost family and friends and work and so on. When I learned about it being a fraud I tried to tell others and they just looked at me glassy eyed and said they knew it was true with smiles. Unfortunately it is not and it is dividing families like never before, and using its money to build malls and church buildings and temples yet ignores the issues it would seem any God would be more concerned with like feeding dying children. I loved the church like everyone else until it unraveled and I was shocked to learn smart people refuse to look at fact that clearly shows it is a fraud. For example in 1964 a major museum gave the LDS Church the original papryri for the "Pearl of Great Price" it completely shows Joseph Smith to be a fraud, even a five year old could see he got the pictures all wrong and so on. But members aren't told and continue to pay in their 10% each month for the privilege of having friends and getting to go to loved ones weddings and so they won't smoother you with love. Sick and wrong for anyone and anyone looking into it needs to open their mind as well as the "heart" and read the fact based information and evidence they continue to bury with smiles. Also, I need to say since I was 12 I have been taught their bigoted beliefs I'm now 43, it is treated as sacred not secret but then your told not to talk about it like that blacks are less valiant and gays are evil. The last thing I wanted to say is that the LDS church has nearly destroyed my life, job, relationships, and in my opinion the it's apostles and prophet know they are supressing the truth about it being a fraud and hurting millions. I noted everyone is saying this is all political against a candidate. My comments aren't and I actually think that candidate would do fine as President. My only concern would be that he, like all temple going Mormons, has taken blood oaths to serve and follow the prophet before anything else including country...but I think he is smarter than that. So no politics here just reporting lots of hurt and scam by Mormons. Get the facts before joining and don't get them from brainwashed indoctrinated Mormon cult members. |
