Delray Beach, FL 33446 Sold me a defective item over the internet. Addison collection sent me a bag I did not order, and then sent me a defective damaged bag in replacement. I returned both items and addison (butch) charged me 25.00 for all of my troubles for a restocking fee for a bag that needed to be thrown in the garbage. I want my 25.00 back. Sent to Butch the owner of the internet store and the physical shop:
"It has been two months of madness with this order. First I was sent a christmas bag-- not the bag I ordered, and then I received weeks later a defective badly glued bag just bearIy together. I have once again returned the very same defective mary frances handbag sent to me after they re-glued some gummy poorly glued areas that had lifted away from the body of the bag. Instead of replacing the hand bag with a new one- mary frances just slapped some more glue on the poorly made bag I returned to them. They sent this defective bag right back to me still gummy and falling apart- what nerve or lack of common sense. Please relay to them that they will not have to worry about myself or any one who knows me purchasing their hand bags from this point on. I spent time on the phone with mary francis customer service making sure it was clear send me a new bag, and they ignored my request. I invite you to examine the bag and note the piece of paper I placed under the poorly glued face of the bag.
