Lied about item being in-stock, charged my credit card anyway. |

I ordered a gun from them on 3/6/12. A week later, I emailed them to find out when it would ship, and asked if it really was in-stock, as advertised. They said "wait 7-10 business days," but didn't answer about the in-stock question. 3 days later, I again checked the status of my order, still pending, and emailed the same question about shipping and being in stock. Same answer about shipping, no answer about it being in-stock. After 10 business day had passed, and the status remained unchanged from "pending," I emailed the same question for a third time. The answer was, they not only didn't have it, it never was in-stock, and they had no idea when it would be shipped. This is a total of two weeks wasted, waiting for nothing. I'm especially upset about the money that they charged me, almost immediately upon getting the order. I remain only hopeful about how long it'll take to get a refund. |

TGSCOM is a freaking joke!!! Don't order anything from them!!! I ordered a choke for a shotgun from them. It was suposed to be in stock. They took the money out of the bank for it, but I my status never changed from "processing" on their website. I kept contacting them and they then told me that it wasn;'t in stock!!! They had no clue when it would even be available!!! After 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed them to cancel the order since all the numbers that I had for them conveniently didn't work anymore!!! First, they tried to tell me that they contacted the manufacturer and the choke was 3 to 5 weeks out. I told them that I still wanted to cancel the order. When I didn't receive the refund, they tried to tell me that my financial institution was the reason I haven't received my refund yet. That the bank was holding onto it or something. Now, they won't answer my emails or anything. They were not suposed to take the money out for the choke until it was in stock...but the did anyway. Now you can't even get in contact with them at all!!! We all need to complain to the Better Business Bureau and get these scam artists put out of business!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! |

I have had the same experience, except now they don't even answer their phones. I think the whole business is a scam. It is a shame that people/businesses like this exist. |
