| The only thing I have to show for the $4000.00 I gave Todd Eberhardt who works for Terry the Plumber out of Cleveland Ohio is an estimate for $8,225.00. I gave Todd Eberhardt the $4,000 down Payment in January of 2011. He was supposed to start work that week. He put in a roof curb (backwards) and we waited for the unit. I waited and waited until in mid-April, my General Contractor complained that because the HVAC was not installed, he couldn't mud the dry wall. I pleaded with him to finish but to no avail. I also was talking with the office manager at Terry the Plumber hoping she had a little pull but I got nothing. Finally, in late April I locked him out of the job and got someone else to finish. The new company done it 4 days. Todd Eberhard took 3 months and only installed the curb - and he did that backwards. I have since contacted this fine web site and also notified the Bereau of Better Bussiness. My next step will be to notify my attorney to take them to court. What troubles me even more so is that I am a paraplygic (paralyzed from waist down) and I think I was targeted right from the start. I feel sorry for people that are not going to read this and give Todd Eberhardt or Terry the plumber any money as a supposed down payment. Some people care about veterans but obviously, some do not! |

The owner of the company contacted me last night. He was totally in the dark about what happend and promised when he came back from Florida next week, the three of us would sit down and get to the bottom of this and make it right.
He sounded like an honorable and trustworthy man . I told him since he made this promise to me, I would take off anything negative about his company immediately. The problm is tat there is no delete buttton for these complainits.
I will advise you of later developements. |

| I was at this meeting between Terry and Todd and this complaintent. I am The plumbing companys Security system and phone service companys Owner. Todd was a sub contractor who works and has worked for many Various plumbing companies and also himself. The business owner admitted he never met, Talked to or gave Terry one dime. And that Todd had done work for this individual directly in the past. This customer admitted that this was a job that was totally between himself and Todd Eberhart. Todd was dating Terry the plumbers receptionist at that time and so this customer somehow believed Terry's company was involved Because he was given Terry the plumbers phone to reach Todd. At that meeting the complaintent also admitted ductwork was installed and that supplies and tools of Mr Eberhardt were still at the premise. I just checked today and Terry has a A- rating with the BBB. Terry is upset about the damage to his reputation. Terry the Plumber Is Terrence Kordiac my name Is Fred Luxenberg and this complaint. has nothing to do with Terry. Also Terry served proudly as a United States Marine. |
