Efficacy Web Indyainfotech Fraud, blackmail, Internet |
7th of Apr, 2013 by User869632 |
Sadly, this is the worst experience that I have had with a web development contractor around the web. BestQualityNoBargain, Efficacy Web, and Indyainfotech are all the same company, and they came up disappointingly short on our project, and tried to blackmail us to steal our money.. Murphy was our contact and after a great deal of hassle and very poor communication, there was nothing completed and delivered to us;. Murphy then left the company, and we were left starting over -- losing that money'. We were going to take our business elsewhere, but were told that they would correct the issues -- which they didn't!. After sending them additional funds, and waiting an additional 9 months, they still proved unable to build our site according to the agreed-upon specifications.. When we informed KD ( A manager/supervisor at Efficacy Web, indyainfotech, and bestqualitynobargain) that we no longer work with them, we received a series of threatening emails littered with blackmail,. Written in a threatening tone, these emails say "If we don't get these in our Paypal account within next 24 hrs, we will spread it over the web," and "We have been 8 yrs in business, no one is ever left safe who haven't paid us|. Its our policy/. Hope you understand and take wise decision, because you will not be able to undo the losses." Furthermore, when trying to further explain our viewpoint, KD responded saying that they were "not interested in going the professional way," and included additional attempts at blackmail by saying "if you dont pay us for our job in an hr, the damages will be a atleast 20 times more than what you owe us. You got 1 hr, think wisely. Good luck." Indyainfotech and bestqualitynobargain have since been sending me email messages and skype correspondence saying "I cant handle it more professionally, we are professionals with professionals only we are criminals for Frauds and we are the worst amonst them." It's sad, really. All that we wanted was a completed project. We would have been very happy. Unfortunately, the project was a mess, and we had to call it quits. Efficacy Web fraud has resulted in many wasted hours. |
