These people ripped me off for $1885.03. Fully admit it they owe it, but claim they have had NO MONEY; SINCE September of 2010!!! In August of 2010, Robert Olivas and I entered into a rental agreement in which he was to rent a color copier from my company on a cost-per-copy basis. He secured it with an American Express Card to be used for the monthly billing. In September, his card was declined. I contacted him about it, and he took care of it. The very next month, the card was again declined. He continued to use the equipment to print up advertising materials for his company, as well as flyers for Real Estate agents, (for which this thief was charging the agents). During that time he printed nearly 10,000 pages, and has yet to pay his bill. He did give me $200.00 in Oct, (he owed $1438.79) but continues, to this day, to claim that he and his wife Colleen have NO MONEY to pay anything. Oddly enough, their cell phones are still working, they are still driving their cars, and seem to be able to pay their space rent, and Colleen has gained about 25 lbs (probably stress related)...HMMM... so they are clearly eating well.
After 22 different occasions of telling me to stop by at a specific time (yes, 22 times!!!) to get my money, and leaving with nothing, I finally was able to remove the machine in February of this year (2011).
Consider this a warning, THESE TWO ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!! AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AT THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET!!! Just look at all of the reports on these two. Read their few rebutals... notice how they don't deny any of the
allogations...SHAMELESS. We can only hope Karma catches up to them. |

| I would 1st like to say the Aaron at Crystal Clear Images was not ripped off. He was not scammed he was not lied to and he was not cheated. He did have a color copier in our office and we did utilize his copier for copies. Originally when we started with this copier it was set up on a PREPAID VISA not an american express as he indicated. We also never charged ANY AGENT AT ALL for any copies of ANYTHING PRINTED. This is his way of trying to make this look as though it is some sort of scam. Dealing with Aaron I learned that he has no business tact and did get very frustrated with his services even having the machine replaced at one time. He did do what he was supposed to but was just not too pleasant. I do not deny that we owe Aaron for copies and never stated we didn't have money to pay "anything" Aaron however did want the full balance at one time. In regards to any other reports related to our "clothing" business "spanish fly clothing" we did have this company and unfortunately this business did fail BUT rather than filing bankruptcy like many companies do we chose to pay back those business debts little by little. As everyone in the industry knows 2007-2009 were tough for ANY type of self employed business. Also yes i have gained weight thank you for pointing that out... I am pregnant. I really don't need this extra frustration right now and lies. Robert and myself work very hard and care about each and every person that we work with agents, clients, affiliates. I did call Aaron about this post and he did tell me to give him money and he will post kind words about me so im not sure which is true...the kind words or the ugly ones. Anyhow everything in this post seems to be money driven and the few things out of context are just a stretch to try and hurt and manipulate a situation that he thought he could take advantage of. Yes he is owed money JUST FOR COLOR COPIES NOTHING ELSE. he was NOT scammed not lied to and not cheated. There was no reason for you to call us THIEVES and state we will rip anyone off we meet. |

i see theres another person complaining about colleen and robert olivas. So they scam everyone. I just posted a comment on these 2 ripping people on what they are currently doing which are HOME LOANS. Dont we have enough crooks already out there doing people wrong?? It scares me that these 2 are doing business and dont have a license. Isnt this a case for the department of real estate? Isnt it legal to do business under someone else license and get paid for it? My friend not too long ago was going to do a home loan thru them which they were recomnded by someone, but after my friend did a little research on them and found out that they werent licensed and read all the bad reports on them my friend decided not to do business with them. My friend is lucky to have not had these 2 do a home loan thru them god knows what they wouldve done.

At this point i'm in contact with Robert Olivas to see what can be done
to correct this problem with Kardia Capital/Options. Will update asap
I think more due diligence should of been on Options part since it was there office and there people that took in the work and moneys!!!
When you lose your home over something like this, its hard to recover

Carl, as I stated we will help you in any way we can. I would Like to point out that The Olivas Team has NEVER worked on any type of loan mod and has never had an affiliation with KARDIA Capital. I think you stated that you paid KARDIA Capital with a personal check I would imagine it would be fairly easy to track who endorsed the check.
I do understand how devastating it must be to lose your home. Like I stayed of we can help you in ANY way we will. |

| I too have had a family member scammed by these idiots. We should all get together and file a lawsuit against them as this is absolutely ridiculous they already have an order against them and yet they still have the balls to continue scamming people. These two are worthless individuals who have no morals what so ever! Hopefully they will get punished for all of there stealing very soon. No one deserves to be taken advantage of. Robert and Colleen are full of nothing but ridiculous excuses. Obviously if you are on all these ripoff reports and scaminformer websites you are a fraud and scamming people this many people would not lie.
