Teaching Solutions Test Score Breakthrough Fraud, No Refund of 100% Beaverton, Oregon |
21st of Apr, 2011 by User182718 |
On April 2, 2011, I tried and spent $57 to see what this information was about and what it contained as a 100% easy refund for non satisfaction was guaranteed. I viewed the content, I read the content, and the information was nothing new. Three weeks later, I tried to get a refund and the Website listed no phone numbers to call and the service help desk just opened another window to which I was already viewing with no additional help or active email account. This is false adverstising and I will get a 100% refund as the company lists a 60 day 100% full refund, no questions asked. We'll see.... Steve Duncan |

I had a question about one of the products and could not find a phone to call to ask a question before purchasing. |

Sounds like you're retarded. Your browser opened "another window." You "couldn't find a phone number?"
If you're mentally challenge you probably couldn't find customer service on the website. You wanted your money back after using a short-term use product like a test prep book, now you think that company is the problem not you? Why don't you take responsibility for yourself and stop blaming everyone else for your lack of competence, reading skills and common sense. From your lame, scapegoating comments your obviously one of those people who find yourself as the victim on a regular basis. If you read their website you'll learn they do not sell a study guide, it's a Test Coaching, Tutoring and Mentoring program by teachers who passed. What are you going to return, the free bonus downloads they give you for free? You're a complete idiot. I use this to pass my exam Steve "Total Loser" Duncan.
Did you just start learning how to surf the internet and use email Steve? Did you know the major online retailers like Paypal and Amazon.com don't do their customer service and list their phone number to the general public? ...You're not exactly the "sharpest tool in the kitchen drawer" are you Steve?
Apparently, you're another, oh so common chronic test failures who can't get/keep their teaching job and want to blame everyone else for your 9th grade math and literacy skills and low/no job skills. OH, everything is so unfair isn't it Steve. Are you a man or a little 2 year old girl Steve Duncan? |

Yikes! I was gonna buy the software in the next five minutes, but if "Mike653" is affiliated with it I'd rather look elsewhere... Dude, you need couseling or heavy medicatuion for your anger problem! WoW! |
|
|
Also, Mike653, I have an Uncle who has downs syndrome and he wouldn't appreciate you using the term "retard" as a derogatory statement, nor do I. A much better word is "DicK" which is what you seem to be... |

I paid $57 and a week has elasped and I still have not received any materials. I have e-mail the client service desk numerous times with no response. If no one respond to e-mails and there is no phone contact, how does one resolve issues.
I would not recommend the product or services to anyone. No customer service. |

Interestingly enough..."Mike653" seems to be channeling the same thoughts as "cindybarnes" on another site. Teaching Solutions seems to have some rather nasty defender(s) and I wonder how closely they are associated with the company. Creepy!

I passed my exam with the Teaching Solutions materials. Why can't you?
It's funny, they have a phone number, but weeks after you consumed the product why do you need to call them? To badger some poor receptionist into your victim story?
You read the content and you "THINK" there is nothing new? Now you want a refund on a book you read and used for 3 weeks...AFTER you took your test and don't need it anymore? Now it's a scam? I think you're the scam.
Are you kidding me? I used the Teaching Solutions materials, tutoring and passed my test. I wasn't so pathetic that because I didn't get an instant ping back by email I think the problem is the company. Are you a skid row bum that you want to use a product and service, completely consume it and take advantage of a money back guarantee designed to help test takers?
People like you shouldn't be allowed to teach our young people. I sincerely believe the people writing all these messages here are look- loos who prefer to procrastinate their test preparation by surfing the internet for excuses not to go for it and do the studying required to pass. You're just a bunch of perverted voyers either failed your test and think your the test preparation expert who knows what are good materials and what are not.
STOP smearing a high class company who helped thousands pass their exam. What have you ever done to advance the teaching profession? Hint: Spamming the internet doesn't count. |

Interesting that the people with concerns about this product describe their concerns/problems, but the defenders spend their words (and lots of them) attacking the people with concerns. I've been looking at this product and can't find solid evidence it's actually a scam, but it sure is being sold and defended like it's snake oil. |
|
|
I agree, there is no useful information on this product here. After reading you all, I just change my mind and don't consider to buy it anymore because it smells like scam.
I did not find valuable information on ICTS tests, I am diappointed but not that surprise. |

These people who are posting (defender) comments shoule really consider how they are writing. It is really clear they are not responding to the person's allegations. They are rather deflecting the conversation, terrible i might add. Checkk BBB website. Teaching Solutions had many unresolved complaints, no mailing address, and a disconnected phone number. All red flags. So glad I didn't give up $60 bucks |

I have had three payments taken on my credit card by these people. I have never ordered anything. |

My wife and I must be retarded too. This is a SCAM and a RIP-OFF. They offer the same guides for just about everything no matter what you select. Look them up in the BBB and you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm actually taking it a step further than just writing on this site. My brother-in-law works in the NY AG's office and had me send him the business information which he says was just changed from some Oregon location. I don't care about the money, but I do care when people are being scammed. I hope this company has put aside some money to defend themselves. Good luck. |

I was going to buy the CBEST and CSET music until I read the awful responses from insiders who are defending this product. The vitriolic attack is so disturbing that I can not, now, in good conscience order from a company that would respond like this. Wow!! I am utterly shocked. |
|
|
Wow - what nasty and unpleasant responses.
I am a computer teacher with a Masters degree in Education Technology. I know my subject however, industrial technology education credential needs the holder to know about engineering, electricity, mechanics, manufacturing and product management and I need to prepare to study.
If the product is a valuable resource, it should speak for itself, no one needs to be defensively rude to customers to defend the product.
Put it politely, "Get lost is my message to Mike 653" |

|
I had a strong instinct that something was a little off, but what do I do? I bought it anyway. As soon as I received the first email stating exactly what I bought, I was shocked. So I called my bank and cancelled it right away. That is my suggestion to anyone who fell for it. |
