Oakland County Courts are known for their corruption and their extortion. Many of the judges are in cahoots with the Friend of the Court workers. The Friend of the Court workers are not accurate in their reporting of the facts and they are defrauding children and their parents of justice. The Friend of the Court and the attorneys stir up as much conflict in a divorce as they can so that they have guaranteed employment. The judges do not follow the laws or their judicial training manuals and have complete mockery of the courts. It is known as the kangaroo courts and there are many youtube videos about the different judges and their practices. Now people can no longer order the videos of the tapes. So this is keeping it from the public just how bad the courts are. The judges play games at the litigant's expense and many of the parents are destitute and what they once had for their children is no longer available. The judges and the attorneys do no solve things in an expedient manner so that it becomes as expensive as possible for the litigants. The judges and the friend of the court workers are not telling the litigants about the federal dollars that the courts are getting for ordering child support. They are not telling people of the pro-male bias that the courts have. The Oakland County Board of Commissioners have appointed people on the Citizen's Advisory Committee who are getting paid either directly or indirectly by the courts. Many of the County Commissioners are attorneys so of course they do not want to interfere with the favorable outcomes that they are likely to have in the court cases by keeping their mouths shut. The County Commissioners refuse to have have the Friend of the Court Workers licensed by the state for being social workers and psychologists, etc. It is nothing but a big racket. These people have a definite conflict of interest. Many of the people who are serving on the Citizen's Advisory Committee and who were approved by the Oakland County Commissioners are associated with the various father's rights groups. The fatherhood funding brings in several hundred thousand dollars to Oakland and other Counties so the Oakland County Courts are using the children going through the courts to get money from the Federal government. When you are vocal about the corruption in the courts and speak out, then they take retaliation out on you. The members of the Citizen's Advisory Committee know all of this and so do the Oakland County Commissioners and L. Brooks Patterson, and these people do not care and have done nothing to correct the injustices. So eventhough MCL 722.1006 says that a mother should have custody of her children-the courts are refusing to give the mothers custody and are refusing to give mothers any sort of spousal support. So forget the kid. Yank them away from any sort of nurturing parent and the one who has been known to take care of their needs. So these children's father's would rather have the children in childcare rather than to be with their mothers. So once a mother is not able to keep up with the stress and the financial litigation and after the courts have ignored all of the evidence and the case laws, the mothers are finding out that they are disposable. The mothers are tossed to the side and are left feeling like she was used for her ability to produce a child. More and more mothers are dealing with this nationally and the UN and other agencies are seeing that the judges are scamming the mothers. It would be appropraite for their to be a class action law suit against Oakland County and the Oakland County Courts. It would be appropriate to have all federal funding removed from Oakland County for their anti-woman/pro-male bias. Also- Suzanne Holyer who is the attorney in charge of the friend of the court is a malicious, vindictive person. She enables the fraudulent behaviors of the Friend of the Court workers and she goes to Lansing to influence legislation. She has her own little Committee called FOCA.CC which works with the Michigan legislators (who also are known to be attorneys) to get legislation passed under the radar. These people know what they are doing and are refusing to tell their constituents of a lot of the bills they are trying to pass. The whole government in Michigan is a dog and pony show. Going back to the Citizen's Advisory Committee-many of the people work for Oakland County and they go back and report what is said to their co workers. So anyone going to the committee finds out that it is a means for the Committee members to gossip about any of the parents who are upset about the kangaroo courts and the corruption. They use other Oakland County employees like the deputies and the sheriff to harass people. One mother was run off the road and her back and pelvic area were broken. These people are ruthless monsters and are your typical politician who is greedy and making undisclosed amounts of money from the special interest groups.
