This order was placed in May 2010 with a promised delivery date at the end of July 2010. Time after time Alfredo Lavieri gave different dates for delivery and each time they did not come and he made excuses on why they did not get delivered.

We have pending legal action against him, and got a court order for delivery of the jackets which he again promised and has not delivered as of January 5, 2011. We have since found 5-6 others companies with the same issues we have (taking money upfront for an order and not delivering) and have found 3 court judgements against Tati and Co. or his previous companies.

The FBI in South Carolina have an on-going investigation of Alfredo Lavieri and his company and we are just one of 7-8 people/companies who have filed complaints against him.
