T-Mobile USA T-Mobile Consumer Relations Fraudulent Billing Activities For Unauthorized Services Not Rendered, Three Consec. Days of speaking w/ CSRs,

I have been with t-mobile for over 5 years and ever since and always dissatisfied with their fraululent billing and misrepresentation activities. T-mobile uses these practices knowingly and admittedly of wrong doing but to no avail to fix the problems. T-mobile fraudulently added internet services to my family's 3 line phones with no authorization. they began to charge my account after one month of free trial, which was not used. What brought the matter to my attention is when I found my bill very much higher than normally is. I contacted customer service the first time on 03/12/2011 and the CSR offered me to reverse half of the money. I escalated the call to a supervisor who also offered half then I asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor stated that manager is not available and that he/she will return my call within two hours...No calls were received. I called the second day and went through the same exact process above... No calls were received from a manager again. I called the third day and went through the same process, but this time the CSR did not even want me to speak to a supervisor, and insisted on having someone to call me back......No one called to resolve the problem. My bill was due on 03/15/11. I paid my bill less the fraudulent amount. The problem is that they know and admit that mistakes happen and that they understand my frustration. This is a joke that they know and do not fairly resolve the problem and reverse the fruadulent billed amount for the services that were not authorized. The surprize is: my family have very simple telephones and do not know how to utilize the internet services on the cell phone. My family barely know how to get on the internet through home net services. I don't usually like to complain, and the proof is that I have been with this company for over 5 years, duriing which they fraudulently increased my contract for two years instead of one that I was communicated to with various times in the 5+ yrs. I could not pay $200 early termination fees that is why I stayed with them.
