did not receive refund

T-mobile states they have refunded 100 dollars into my bank account via my debit card.This happened on 9/17/2010.My bank statements never show this nor do bank employees see this in any way on my account.I have been calling both sides for months but each stand their ground but,I am the one out of 100 dollars.So it looks like someone is a ---------.Would like to know what to do.Home office t-mobile albuquerque n.m also sent a letter on 4/25/2011 stating that the money was sent to my account.
