| T& L Property; Management Company for Hell. We rented a home in Chandler thu this company for a period of one year and unbeknown to us the house had many pre existing problems and the previous tenant had trashed the house and caused damage they never addressed. I should have listened to my husband when we moved in and after he had met the lady there who actually made him go to a locksmith and pay for the keys himself, how cheap, he told me that he could guarantee we would not get our deposit back and he was right. The carpet was so nasty that right when we moved in you could see dirt particles floating up in the air several feet when no one was even walking on the carpet. She at first offered to get new carpet when we looked at the house but then reneged (we were told the owners could not afford to lose any more $ due to the damage the previous owners created so we paid the price), we sent an email offering a stiffen explaining my husband's problem with not being able to breath because the carpet was so nasty but she totally ignored our emails and my husband ended up living upstairs 24/7 because of this and this ruined our marriage, thanks Andrea. The sprinkler system was bad and needed to be replaced but she bitched and complained and even cried to the sprinkler guy who told us outright the whole system is old and needs to be updated/replaced but she just kept putting a band aid on something that kept getting worse. A neighbor told us that it had been like that for over two years, but she would bitch when we called to let her know tons of water was running down the sidewalk because the sprinkler system was faulty and kept failing and plants kept dying because they were not getting water, the bathtub in the second bathroom I thought someone had thrown up in until we realized it was a rust spot that was totally nasty and they did not fix before we moved in and they fixed it after we called and the people that fixed it said they were lucky it did not totally rust thru but it would have caused more damage and already had but my son could not shower or bath for 3 days because we had to wait until the fixing was cured, the stove was so old and bad it would stop working right in the middle of cooking dinner ruining several meals, the self cleaning did not work, two appliance bulbs I replaced shorted out and I told her she should get it replaced but never did and had the nerve to charge us to clean the piece of junk. The maintenance man was crocked and shady as heck and we actually got charged for pre existing holes in the walls that were there when we moved in< for a key we had given back to them, I could go on and on and she lied to me, I knew she was going to cheat us big time when she totally ignored my emails and phone calls to pick up the check she cheated us out of $770. I lost my job a year ago because of a boss that sabotaged my job out of jealously, we lost our house, I have nothing, not a pot to piss in and I needed this $ back to survive. I was supposed to get access to get my other belongings on a specified day, well she had the cleaning people come that day they were not scheduled to come the next day and they had spent hours going thru my things which she charged me, and I was going to clean the rest of the house but she had the nerve to charge me $525. I broke my foot on the front yard due to the big dips in the grass, my husband had his truck keyed by a punk in our driveway in broad daylight for no reason, I could go on and on. Again tell everyone you know not to deal with this company because they are crocked, I wish we would have never looked at this house. We always paid on time and she treated us like trash. I can't wait till she gets her karma. She was the most rude, snotty thing I ever dealt with. Save that for the dishonest people not for good people like us. |

| RENTER BEWARE!!! It's really strange how an earlier post on T&L Property Mgmt. suddenly was removed and all positive reviews are on top now. This company is the WORST! We leased a high-end property in Paradise Valley and had to put over $15K to get in. The house was broke and had BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS from Day 1. We didn't have heat in December and it was 60 degrees downstairs. The furnace had a code violation. We never had sufficient hot water on the side of the house where all the showers were and found out there was another code violalion. We spent over 60+ hours of our own time waiting for repair people to show up. The property manager (she knows who she is) admitted to us that she never had the property inspected before she leased it. Filthy carpets, mis-matched paint and nails and holes in the walls which according to our lease stated that we would be charged for those same things. After 2 mos. we couldn't take anymore and broke our lease and T&L likes sharks kept our money and threatened to sue us for over $40, 000 if we didn't walk away. Stay clear of this company and all of their properties!!! |
