We called the warranty company on Thursday morning Dec. 9th, 2010. They had a service person out here on that same day. HOWEVER-we have been getting the run around ever since! We call 3 times a day-we get no responses back. We have no heat now for 6 days, we are no closer to getting heat. We are cold, tired and frustrated! THe company that is putting in the furnace is worried about getting MY HOUSE dirty! What a bunch of crooks! We have no respect for them and we are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Sandi Finn is listed as the president of this company-I hope Sandi is ashamed of this company!!!

Well the claims process takes 24-48 hrs to finalize from the time the service report is received. Why is it bad that the service company doesn't want to get your house dirty with the furnace installation? That is a GOOD thing! At least they care.
