Syntron Computer Services Gregg Prutch Syntron Computers Denver Colorado - Breach of contract - NON-PAYMENT for services rendered - Beware Centennial, |
11th of Apr, 2011 by User991683 |
Non-Payment for contract consulting services provided. Excuses to avoid paying, now the Business owners have stopped responding completely. In January of 2011 Gregg and Justin Prutch of Syntron Computers contracted with myself for IT services to be performed for their client Elitch Gardens and Elitch's parent company. The agreed rate was $75/hour. A Contractor agreement was executed and returned to Syntron. Gregg of Syntron requested repeatedly for the work to be extended through the period of 1/21 through 1/26 2011 to allow Syntron to bill their client for as much time as possible for work performed. To date, Syntron computers has failed to make payment on the completed work provided in the total of $2100.00. Gregg has made excuses for not sending payment including personal issues with his families health and being 'too busy' and delayed making payment, stating one week for example that Justin was 'out of town skiing' and that he pays all the invoices for Syntron. After repeated calls to collect, Justin next stated that payment was scheduled to go out and being made on Friday the 25th of February, however this never happened either. Following more collections calls and promises from Gregg that payment would be made in full right away, and at the same time Gregg asking for more work for a second and new client to be done as well, no payment ever occurred for either job. A final notice to pay was sent in early April with a due date no later than the following week. Payment has still not been made and the Company has now begun not responding to further requests. Syntron and the Prutch's have been advised that collections and/or legal action will be taken to settle this debt. Consultants beware, This company has lied repeatedly and does not pay as promised. Other contractors working for them have reported similar issues for projects that were not paid. Business owners will may excuses to avoid meeting with you in person, will avoid phone calls, and do not care that you have spent your time and money working on their behalf so that they can collect from their clients, but never pay you. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL, I have never before worked with individuals so blatantly immoral in their business dealings and hope no one has the pleasure of such an experience.

I wish I would have read this earlier! I'm currently going through the same boat w/ this guy and the funny part is he negotiated the labor from me for less.
Please feel free to shed some advise on this matter as I have never encountered such a situation.
All I have is the name Gregg Prutch and his cell # (303)435-9461. |
