| I lived with Susan smokoff and right from the gate her daughter told me that Susan was crazy, she said, just wait, you will see how she really is. Well, I sure did see, she is so twisted, in fact, I never could have imagined a person could be this mentally disturbed. Anyone who has had the misfortune of crossing paths with this snake can attest to this. Her kids, her x-husband, x-friends. I did pay rent, I paid her cell phone bill, her utilities, bought toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,... and this nut has the nerve to say I didn't pay for anything! She is the one who never paid rent, I payed my half and she had the bishop of the church that she openly hates and criticizes, pay her half. She never spent money buying her 13 year old daughter anything, left her alone for days, calls her pizza face and gives her son, who was in states custody at the time, drugs that don't show up on the drug tests they administer. Then when he got caught, she turned around and said what a bad kid he was to the counselor. She knew he wasn't allowed to go to raves, yet supplied him money to attend one. I witnessed Susan shovel lortabs, percocet, tramadol,alcohol, and meth down like a true pro. Oh and don't forget the g.h.b. this whore is a known swinger and has herpes. Not from me like she has claimed, or from Travis, or from chantelle, it gina, or anyone else, her daughter said she had had this outbreak long before she ever met me. Susan takes on other peoples afflictions, so when the says she has c.o.p.d., or lupus, she lies for attention. Poor poor Susan. And she thinks she's real slick when she lies, but she keeps rambling, and the truth slips out but then she ramble more cause she thinks people will forget she said it if due keeps babbling. I am fascinated that Geena Schmitz /schmidtz GEENA13 has so much time to waste on the internet. Could it possibly be that she has so much spare time because the state of Utah revoked her nursing license as an LPN permanently in Utah this spring for malpractice, performing medical procedures at her house of botox and Restalin, without the proper license to do so? She is now banned from the nursing industry for life in Utah. If you question this statement, please feel free to contact 'Irene" lead investigator for D.O.P.L. for the state of Utah 801-530-6086. Geena-13, otherwise known as Geena Schmidt, for 6 years has represented herself as an R.N. but is only - or WAS only an L.P.N. BUT NO LONGER...it is sad to see someone unravel so quickly when they are finally censored and reprimanded by the state for practicing beyond the scope of their nursing ability and they are outed by the state of Utah, She was found guilty by DOPL. I challenge Gena to submit any proof or documentation, to the contrary. She was forced to surrender her license. I, on the other hand - have official documents from the state of Utah regarding these statements, and the permanent loss of her license. It is a public record. Unfortunately, i am indeed one of the victims of her botched Restalin injections, Botox, Micro-dermabrasion (that she failed to put the medical instruments, diamond head abrasion bit, through an autoclave which is required by law, after each use.) Could that possibly be why she is obsessed with slandering Susan? Because Susan filed a complaint with DOPL? And Geena's license was revoked? Now, to address "USER 859638", She has stated she stayed at Susan's house, off and on for 2 months... The only person that did was Kalani May /aka/ Kalani Lutz /aka /kalani Wiluz /aka "holly". Susan opened her home to Kalani because she said she had no-where to stay, while in Utah, "For the Weekend"...and one weekend turned into 8 weeks, it was the old story of the house guest you couldn't get rid of.----- Kalani did not have enough money to rent a hotel room and initially came to s.l.c. to sell Pug Puppies. By the end of her stay at Susan's...Kalani had managed to have 5 Adult pugs running around Susan's 2 bedroom apartment with 4 puppies as well...Susan should be nominated for sainthood for trying to be so gracious about the situation. Especially since not one of Kalani's Dogs are completely house trained. I would challenge Kalani to provide proof with any receipts, canceled checks, or money order stubs, showing that she paid any type of rent ...or assisted in any substantial way while staying at Susan's. Susans only requirement was for Kalani to buy papertowels, toilet paper, and carpet cleaner because of the urination of all 8-9 Dogs. That receipt is valid. Susan needs no assistance due to the student loans she receives while double Majoring in College..and they are substantial. I recommend that Kalani pays close attention to the slander, libel, and stalking laws within the State of Utah. Especially when people have documents floating around that substantiate Kalani Lutz's real profession and occupation in life as a registered prostitute in the State of Nevada. I am curious as to why she would continually risk harassing and attacking Susan, and posting such filth when she lives in house of glass walls. 1099 forms from Brothels in Nevada can so very easily be posted on the internet and it is legal to do so. Small minor detail, both of these women that are slandering and writing this filth, have lost custody of all of their children years ago. This is very unusual to have happen in the state of Utah. Next to impossible. So it is interesting that they choose to discuss minor children, and invade their personal life by stating such unnecessary and untrue statements about these minor children. As for the mention of Susan and her affiliation with the Sheriffs Department, YES, she sat on 2 different boards that are called "Citizens Advisory Boards", for the Sheriffs Dept for a total of 2-3 years. This is an elected position, and an honor reserved for influential citizens within the community. Committee members are liaisons between the community they live in, and the Sheriffs Department to facilitate the needs of the community and act as intermediaries regarding problems or concerns of the community and also Law Enforcement concerns. It is quite an honor. THIS IS ALSO A PUBLIC RECORD. I encourage anyone to access this information as well. The framed 8x10 photos she has on her walls with her and the Chiefs' in command she served under at different functions are quite impressive.
She has never stated, i am a cop, law enforcement, or whatever. Maybe this person should be a little more informed that when someone resigns from the Sheriffs Advisory Board, it is routine to relinquish any I.D. Badge authorized to said person. This was done almost 5 years ago, when she resigned on 'bereavement leave' from her position. REGARDING the allegations about her with holding her children from their father? This is perplexing. The Father is a convicted Felon for Organized crime, Racketeering and conspiracy to commit Arson for hire. Her ex-husband served 3.5 years in Federal Prison between Colorado and Nellis minimum security Federal Prison Camp, 17 years ago, and was released when her son was 4. She divorced her ex in 2002. More than 10-11 years ago. There is a permanent Lifetime Protective order against her former husband, because he had violated the initial one 3 times. This is all in court documents, and registered with the District Attorney. Even through this horrid situation Susan has always tried to accommodate visitation for the children with their father.
As a side note, her ex-husband is in arrears on child support with The Office of Recovery Services in excess of $15, 000-$20, 000. She has raised the children financially on her own and it is common knowledge in Salt Lake City. In the meantime, her ex-husband is the one that apparently CAN afford to go to Oyster Bar, Habits, etc...and brags he is worth millions. If you bother to access any of the divorce proceedings or the transcripts, Susan purposely did NOT have them sealed so the public could read verbal testimony from her X about his claims, and how Commissioner Casey shot down every attempted excuse as to why he could not pay child support.

Yes there are plenty of times where she has harassed multiple people instead of "reporting" the "incident" she is claiming where other people have harassed her. I think she is mentally unstable and so I have since I met her. Her poor children should be removed from the situation that she is putting them in, I have also heard from her daughter herself her mother won't let her go to school. I thought parents were supposed to raise their kids to do the right thing, go to school, not do drugs, and set a good example for others.
