Supreme Outlet www.supremeoutlet.com Sold me a broken dishwasher and Supreme Outlet has yet to take any action within 30 days of purchase Internet

My company purchased a dishwasher online on Sunday December 4, 2011. We did receive the product on Wednesday December 7, 2011. We payed our plumber $70 to install it on Friday December 16, 2011. After the dishwasher was installed and ran, 3 hours later when the cycle finished everything was still wet. Over the next few days, the dishwasher was ran again on all other settings and once again never dried any dishes. Therefore, the dishwasher that was sold to us was broken. We contacted Supreme Outlet by phone on Wednesday December 21, 2011 and left a message on the answering machine. We called again on the following Thursday, Friday, Monday. No one returned our calls. On Tuesday Dec 27 we sent an email and have yet to receive a return email or phone call. I called again on December 27 and finally spoke with someone named John. He immediately stated they can send another dishwasher, but thought it would be better to send the manufacturer first to see if the issue can be fixed. He stated the he would call me back once he is able to set up that appointment. I have yet to hear anything. I called a few times today on December 30 only to speak an answering machine once again. I also sent another email and have not even received a response to the first one. We are still well within our 30 days and have made every attempt for the company to take proper action. I believe we have been ripped off. Even though the Supreme Outlet states the products are brand new, I believe they are selling broken products, or refurbished items. Do not use this company because if you run into any problems, they do not make any effort to resolve it. All you will get is an answering machine, and no responses to your emails.
