Supplygolfclubs.com Do not purchase golf clubs from Supplygolfclubs.com!!!!! Internet |

I am the unfortunate victim of Supplygolfclubs.com. Please read my experience before purchasing from this site or any other "discount" golf online store. I am completely ashamed that I actually purchased from this site. I usually do not make purchases online without doing some research on the company, but this brand new set of "Callaway RAZR" irons for such a great price had me clicking and buying before I could think. Upon receiving the clubs, I began to have serious buyer's remorse when I took a close look at the clubs. There were paint blotches and smears all over the club head. Immediately I assumed that they were counterfeit. I called Callaway and they confirmed that they didn't have the serial number registered in their system (all Callaway 8 irons have a serial number and couterfeiters have been know to include a fake number on the club). The Callaway rep also stated that Supplygolfclubs.com was listed on their website as a known counterfeit dealer. I emailed "Williams" (the contact person at Supplygolfclubs.com) and asked for a refund of the clubs. I realize that I should have just cut my losses but there is no way that I could've used counterfeit Callway clubs and been happy. To my surprise, Williams agreed to a refund if I sent the clubs back to him. After he received the clubs, he advised me that his Paypal account was suspended and he could not send payments. He told me to make a complaint with Paypal and the payment protection on Paypal would pay me the refund. Unfortunately for me, Williams had delayed responding to me when he received the return clubs. In fact, every time I emailed Williams, he would not respond for 2-3 days and usually not until I sent two to three emails. These delays caused me to miss the deadline to file for Paypal payment protection. Paypal told me that my only course of action was to continue to try to contact the seller. So that is what I did. I have emailed Williams over 60 times to this point. He has rarely responded. Twice he has offered to send me some other clubs from his website. The first time he offered, I politely said no and requested the money. I never received a response to my request. A couple weeks later, he offered clubs again because I was contunuously emailing him. I decided that I would accept his offer. At this point I figured that getting something was better than nothing. This time he did not respond and hasn't responded to any of my emails. I want to point out that I was always very polite to Williams as we tried to resolve this issue. Not surprisingly, this coutesy got me nowhere. Please do not buy from supplygolfclubs.com. They sell couterfeit products and their customer service is non-existent. I do realize that I put myself in a bad position when I decided to purchase discount golf equipment over the internet. I hope that you don't have the same trouble that I do.
