Tim has alot of banners advertising his mechanic shop on the side of the road, so my momgave me his number ingood consiencethinking it was good company and that offered payment plans.He offered to tow car in for free for covienceIcould have drove the car in but my hours of work didntgo with there businesshours. I purchaseda rebuilt engine 2 years prior and had some other work that needed to be done ranging from 800 to1000 dollars.He tried to pose and act like he was so understanding and cared when he really didnt the recepitionist that took the money was just in car accident and didnt seem like she was all there she was supposly been working there for years and 2 days later she was fired per tim and advise she was doing right thats why she gone. So in 2 weeks 800 was paid and car was ready to be p/u per tim, when i called him he asked me who did rebuit engine i advise all about engine and because they were crooked and the business closed under that name he decided to talk down about company, and to say that my engine granated in car while it was running, now mind you my brother a mechanic and there was no engine problems what so ever my brother didnt do electrical work that why he didnt fix my car, then his mechanic got phone and tried to convince me to have them rebuild it in 10 days for 2,500 and we can do payment plans it was defintely a high price but i figured since payment plans it will work out, so 10 days went by, called tim he avsding that engine they recieved was wrong and had to much oil on it and is sending it back 12 day engine still not back,13th day the ac went out in shop no mechanic there to put in wait tomorrow and so on and so on the vehicle was there a 3 weeks prior on simple repairs, so i was like forget replacing engine i want my car back you said it was going to be rebuilt and same engine is still in car perfectly attached i have pictures and everything per officer letting me see car in back he first refused and then said i can go back there and he will let his pit bull loose,so i called police and reported my car stolen because he refused to give it back or let me see it.Tim avsd i owe him more money, the police documented a stated that hesaid iowedhim only 400 and he will release car,when he couldnt produce a recipect at the time when cops were there, so this cause me and family 1500 in rent a car, ridding the bus when we didnt have to, get in debt by getting into a car payment, drama and trauma after another these people are truly evilbut God got the glory.The car was brought to shop in july still no car i want my car back. When i called him he cursed me out stating its his car now and that because i didnt know law im going to get messed over. He a business owner he difintely should have more money than me to steal a 2000 pontiac from a family of 3.Please can someone help Ive tried to get him served with paper work but he ducks and hides, I contacted 3 on your side no answer, the attorney general and bbb no response yet.I want my car, he shouldnt be able to do this. Its a mechanic lean, but if you come with money and they still wont release car what are you supposed to do.
