SUMMIT LEGAL GROUP/SPECIALIZED LEGAL SOLUTIONS/WILLIAM O'TOOLE Legal Services, Loan Modification, Foreclosure Defense Internet |

I was referred by Specialized Legal Solutions to Summit Legal Group for assistance with my loan modification, I believe however that the two of these entities are entwined. Summit has been dishonest with me from the start indicating they were sending documents into Wells and that they were talking to a specific individual at the bank and they were not. Wells Fargo has recently instituted a fraud investigation against Summit Legal as they also indicated the same story to another note holder and it is believed that they told the loan holder they were making a conference call to the individual at Wells and they were fraudulent in that it was not a Wells representative but it was believed to be another individual at Summit. Mr. O'Toole the attorney who is named as the other of Summit Legal Group, will not take your calls or discuss anything with you because he has used the defense that he is only in a supervisory role with the staff and that he is not involved as much as he should be (refer to Mr. O'Toole's complaint record with the Florida Bar Association). He merely received a slap on the wrist by the Florida Bar Association. Donna, Deerfield, Illinois |

I am interested in being contacted about joining the class action lawsuit against Summit Legal Group. Please contact me @ [email protected]. I am set to be foreclosed on August 2nd. Everything that I have read rings true. I have been led to believe that my loan modification was nearly done, only to find out that the bank is foreclosing on my home. |

I also am losing my home thanks to Summit Legal. I live in NH and contacted Summit to handle my modification. I have 8 children and my husband was recently unemployed. I believe that due to my financial situation I qualify for some sort of a modification. I payed the retainer 2, 800 to summit as well as another 2, 100 for a "forensic review" as my origional loan was with countrywide and was also part of a class action suit. I keep being told by Summit that my Modification is almost complete and on Saturday I recieved papers that my house is set to auction on August 29th. I am at the point of giving up, I do not trust the bank(GMAC) as they have contradiceted themselves several times and I certianly do not trust the lawyers. I am now in the process of trying to figure out where to move with my 8 children on our limited income. My youngest is 9 months. I would be very interested in being part of a class action suit, my contact info [email protected]... good luck everyone |
