| Okay, in 2007. I was recently laid off of work, with two small babies. I was referred to Delmar (AKA Kochese) thru a family friend. My specific words to Delmar was that I was laif off with two small babies, I had a desktop but needed a laptop to be mobile with them about the house as I posted for new jobs. I signed his service agreement and paid. I even traded two older laptops in that were broken to help cover the cost. When it came time to produce the laptop Delmar was no where to be found. I followed up for weeks with no luck. When we finally spoke he offered me a desktop instead (which I already had and did not need). After I told him you know what we agreed on, which was a laptop I never heard from him again. I took him to court, and won my case plus court cost. He never attended the court session. Let me say this ...Delmar was a close friend for many years to a very significant relative of mines. I also knew him for many years prior to this incident. And, when I learned that he was into computers I trusted him hold hearted. At such a vulnerable time in my life he completly crushed me by scaming me. Although I won in court I did not go back to court for failure of him to pay. Why? God is the final judge and jury. In the end you shall reap what you sow. Now look here Kochese, you can never say I'm lying. This is the truth. |

Hi, I see that you too have a Complaint against Delmar.
I am gathering as much information that I can from the people who have these complaints.
Here is my story:
I went to school with Delmar and I guess that why I trusted him. However, I noticed him to be a liar and not trustworthy, but I again tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I guess he was so focused on trying to impress me with his lies and words and didn’t pay attention to the fact that I was not interested in him romantically. I decided to get him to do a laptop for my son and because he liked me he only charged me $150.00. The money was sent to him and low and behold I did not get a product. I told him when I needed it, and he guaranteed I would have it. After I called and text him about the return of my money, he said he would be returning the money to me before the Friday, deadline that I gave him. Guess what? No money. I guess he thinks that I will go away but he has messed with the wrong person. I have worked in the legal field for over 13 years and have many connects in North Jersey so I guess time will tell. I really do pray that God touches the hearts of these losers, thieves and robbers. He will be the second person that I took to Court that I went to school with. This is truly a shame because there should be some underlying loyalty, but I guess life produces liars and the only way to beat a liar now is through the Court. Thank God for subpoenas for cell phone records and documents and saved messages from Facebook. For any of you guys that has filed a complaint against him in the Courts, please do me a favor and send me copies of those documents. The Judge I have will be more than happy to view them and issue a warrant for his arrest for theft. Please also make sure that you file a Police Report.
