I bought a premium air suspension kit from Streetbeat Customs for a total of $1,169.96 but did not get any instructions.manuals, scamatics, only very few pics that does not show some of the parts and does show some parts that are not with the kit. also the air tank is maybe a 2 or 2 1/2 gallon tank.supposed to be 5 gallon. i have made multible calls to them and not getting any help at all.asked them for a fax # so i could send them pics of what i have and what iam talking about and they wont give me the fax #???? also i have sent them multible emails with pics and explinations of my concerns and the only answer i have got is one. and it stated that i should get a professional installer for the project (but when i was purchasing the kit they Tommy was his name said it was a simple kit with simple instrucdtionsthat anyone with mechanical abillity should not have any problem) iam a proffessional.and i have taken it to 3 differant professional installers and they need instructions and manuals as well and missing and wrong parts. and the switch box has 10 switches and none are marked as to what.plus no levelers. i just dont understand how hard it could be if you manufacture a system like that why would you not have a set of instructns and a operating manual.like allother things do. i have 4 other cars in my collection with air ride suspensions but they are from Air Ride Technollogies and they do have instructions and manuals, guages and marked switches. i think if i could just get only a little help from them i can make the kit work even though i know i will have to purchase some other mateials which i dont care about that.i only want answeres to simple questions.which they dont seem to want to give??????????? they will NOT answer emails and will not give me a fax # |
