blue wonder na product not as advertised Internet

This is my second time on this site I hope this site catches on as I am sick of being ripped off. I bought a product called blue wonder to reblue my guns. I followed directions to the letter and found that the product did nothing as shown in the video . The guns rusted and the parts I could save became very dull which did not match the rest of the gun. When I called several times the phone number for tech support I left a message about the problem. After two days I called back and left another message with no response. It has been a week and the guns are continualy getting worse as I have no way to stop the rust. Now I have two ruined guns. I called another company,told them what had happened and for no charge they sent me a bottle of blueing. I do not know if it will work and will update but just the courtesy of sending me the product prioraty mail with no charge was fantastic. again do not use wonderblue on youre weapons without trying to contact them first with youre concerns. Again. this sit is great and I try to spread the word.

I have to agree...I did my shot gun two times...after the first time didnt last but 4 weeks so after the second time the results were the same looked great...then began to rust in 4 weeks...with constant oiling. and being kept in a climate controled room. the gun now needs a complete re finish AGAIN...dont buy blue wonder if you care about your guns.
