We are the victims of Steve Williams (aka Stephen Jones) and his company Solar Powered Products (or Premium Solar Systems). His co partner is Robert Brown (potentially the same man) and Julie Anne Jones. Together they have set up various fake companies from NSW to Queensland. But their latest scam is the Free Solar advertising scam. You pay $900 as a bond. He never delivers. If you have not yet contacted our group, please act!!!

Hey, at least on this thread we can post emails!!! sooooo... if you need some information on the best way of reporting Steve Williams' scams, please email [email protected]. And I hope Steve is now reading THIS blog! ... Please update your website. I for one want to know your side of the story!!! Before the Courier Mail publishes more "sensationalized" stories about you. There is a lot of us that lost $900... and there is a lot of us that received verbal abuse the moment we requested our money back!!!

I hope after reading article in todays Courier Mail, that when they catch steve and his wife they freeze all his assets and accounts.Don't just fine him or he will declare bankrupt AGAIN and probably startup AGAIN.
Put his fat A in jail where he belongs. |

I too am a victim of the 'Steve Williams scam.' He came to my house in February, 2011 and offered me a deal to install Solar Heating in my home. I paid him $900AUD for his service. He said that my house would be used as a display, if I used his advertising banner out the front of my house, This is why I got it 'so cheap.' I have been trying to call him to find out what was happening and found that his phone number was disconnected.
I recently discovered it was a scam. I have since heard that he has been trading under various names and ripping people off all over the country. I hope the Police catch up with this scamster and bring him to justice.
