Tonight my physical pain continues from lack of medical treatment for injuries procured from a car accident over three years ago. I have been harassed, exhausted and treated like a criminal even though I am an innocent accident victim. All aspects of my life have fallen apart because of State Farm. The physical and emotional suffering caused by these people I can only equate to Nazis, would not be believed by anyone shopping for auto insurance. May they rot in hell, because there is a sweet place set aside for everyone in this company in hell. If you want to sue me for my remarks, fine, bring it on, because then I will finally have my chance to go against you in court. And since you have paid off everyone in insurance departments across the country, and paid off government officials (who protect them, this is a fact!), I surely will be thrown in prison, and then CNN can visit me there so I can finally tell my story. Run, run, run like mad if you have State Farm, and make sure you have health insurance with a zero deductible if you drive. Oh, that's right, none of us financially challenged Americans can afford insurance without deductibles, and besides that, insurance doesn't cover car accident treatment, which requires tens of thousands of dollars a year in all kinds of physical therapies--or surgery, which is high risk and won't necessarily take away the pain. I'll report back to share my physical suffering and now financial ruin due to lack of payment of lost wages by the criminals (fact) at State Farm, lack of medical care (fact) by the criminals at State Farm...on and on and on. In case you are interested, here are a few fun things they do to make your lives a living hell when you are injured and DARE to try to utilize your personal injury protection for longer than a year. 1)They lie, over and over, verbally and on paper.2)They lie to Insurance dept.'s when you complain about them3)They generate fraudulent medical reports about you to cut off your treatment 4) they utilize character defamation against you when you complain 5) They smear you with your medical providers when you try to seek treatment 6)They smear you in medical reports, and when you tell them they've done this, they don't correct them, but send them to the Insurance dept. to further humiliate and psychologically break you down7) They withhold important medical test results from their paid-off IME (Independent medical evalution) doctors so these doctors don't have info on all of your injuries--and they then say you don't need treatment8)they refuse to correct false statements about you in medical reports9)they send fraudulent, smear medical reports to all of your medical providers to make you look bad10)They also refuse to provide medical evaluations from surgeons to their IME doctors11)when you tell them you are in agonizing pain and a treatment works well for you, they tell you they'll have to send you to another IME doctor to "comment" on that treatment (in other words, to take it away"12)They promise you lost wages, but then refuse to pay them even though you follow their directions to procure them13)They lie and tell you that you are not allowed to see certain doctors who can fulfill their endless requirements to procure lost wages14) they lie in their paperwork about reasons they refused to pay for your treatment15) they lie that they ever denied treatment even though your own medical provider tells you they were denied16)They force you into endless requests for IME's to take away your medical care, even though your own doctors say you have been permanently injured and will require some form of treatment the rest of your life.15a) They set you up to make it look like you missed IME appointments and then lie about this on paper and build up your file so they have a reason to cut you off 16)they don't do full car inspections for damage, so only fix visible parts of your car 17)they fabricate testimony given supposedly under oath by their own insured drivers who are liable in your accident. They then change this testimony--called an Interrogatory--to devalue your claim against them for damages, and they SIGN THE NAME electronically of their driver on this legal document18) They refused to pay full medical damages and lost wages as a liable 3rd party in my accident, AND 19)They cut off my medical care and refused to pay my lost wages as one of their insured (with no-fault personal injury protection coverage.)20) They lie, lie, lie, lie, lie over and over, on paper, to your doctors, to insurance departments, to attorneys, and turn as many people against you as they can, to the extent where no one believes the ferocity of their harassment.21) The list goes on, and it goes on for YEARS of your life, until you no longer smile any longer. This is only the tip of the iceberg. May all of you rot in hell, because I am sure you will.
I live everyday in agonizing pain, too traumatized to keep being subjected to your abuse, and the fact is NOBODY cares, not lawyers, not my congresspeople, not insurance departments, not ANYONE, so you've won! Congratulations to your shareholders. Your advertisements lie, you don't fulfill your contractual obligations. Even the BBB has you ranked high--wow, something is wrong there, don't you think? And the insurance dept's make it SO hard to get complaints upheld, very few of us have the time to follow-through, because if I had the time, you would have DOZENS and DOZENS and DOZENS of complaints against you which I can back up with paperwork, and you'd be at the bottom of everyone's list. And the governor's office (in the State I have the insurance policy) said to me "State Farm's a fine company, why would they want to do that?" (in regard to the written character defamation State Farm fabricated against me). Welcome to my world. Daily physical pain in which some weeks I cannot walk or stand. And with full knowledge that NO ONE in the government cares, and everyone is against you when you complain about State Farm, because it seems apparent they are paying everyone's campaign bills? Until this country has a real accessible medical system, accident victims will continue to have their lives ended (living in hell), facing years of fighting in the legal system, and hopeless attempts, and tens of thousands of hours (FACT!) of paperwork seeking their legal right to medical care through this auto insurance system. How do I pay rent when I can barely work? Who buys me food? Who helps me cook and live? No one. State Farm can rot in hell. Everyday unbearable pain. Pleading with people to get medical treatment and ZERO help. Absolutely ZERO help. NO place to get free physical therapy, NO government system to help. And they MANDATE i purchase this fraudulent empty promise of a personal injury policy. Nobody cares. Run people run. |

| Dear Sir or Ms: I have been paying on a disability claim and they denied me because of back surgery I know how you feel. We have been with them 33 years and now what they Advertise "A Better State of Mind". What a joke I feel to report them to the National Insurance Board. I know how you feel and had to quite my job because this fusion it going to take at least 6-8 mo. for healing. Now we can lose our house and everything, I just needed help for 4- 5 months. What a nightmare. Thanks |
