24/7 appliance repair is the most dishonest company in Orange County!! We had a problem with our refrigerator and the repair guy Alex came to our house. They said he would call about 20 minutes before he was to arrive but never did. Now we know why!! So you can't call them and talk to anyone but a dispatcher who will do nothing more then tell you he will have the guy call you back or even better he can't find the invoice and hang up on you! Alex the technician, said it was the computer system and the starter that was not working and he quoted us $500. when we said "no" he then asked how much can we pay and the low and behold he said he would only charge $250 for a starter but they have a warranty 0n parts & labor. NO THEY DON'T!! You can never get them to come back or even call you! After more then a dozen attempts we called another company and the only problem was the freon. simple and easy! 24/7 appliance repair has a dispatcher, who knows where? and calls unemployed technicians who don't know what they are doing to come and rip you off. They guy never changed the part and of course never fixed the problem, charged us $250 cashed it immediately and to bad so sad for us! Don't trust them ever!! You will be sorry!!
