St George Auto Gallery ridiculous, thieves, shady, underhanded, foul, scoundrels, harassment, duress causing, liars St George, Utah

I bought a 2004 Kia Spectra from St George Auto Gallery in December 2010. When I bought the car I was not told there were several issues would the car that would have to be replaced very quickly. I was not shown a safety inspection slip until after I had signed all the paperwork and received the plates from them. I also discovered later that the paperwork was not correct - the odometer reading was off by several hundred miles compared to the safety inspection slip. I had driven the car less than 2000 miles when I had to replace all four tires. When I went to the dealership, I spoke with Adrian, who laughed at me, called me a stupid girl, and said I got suckered. About three weeks after I replaced the tires, I had to change the front brakes, and have the rotors turned and repaired. One of the belts sounded loose, so I had the mechanic take a look and I was told the catalytic converter had a piece that had broken off and the car was leaking carbon monoxide inside the car. I also had to have that fixed. My last payment that was due was late. I worked out a payment with the Vivian. I was unable to make it to the dealership the day of, and kept in communication with her. One morning between 10:30 and 11:30 am I received a phone call, email, text message and four of my references received phone calls. When I stated this to them and asked that they please not harass me, I was emailed by Karli, who told me it was in my best interest to call Vivian and just make the payment. The payment was not even 30 days late, so they couldn't even report a late payment on my credit. I wrote Karli back, again asking that they not harass me, that I was working with them on payment. She claimed she was not trying to cause me duress, but to work with be before her boss lost his patience with my account. She said she needed an exact payment date, with an amount, and stated that if I would just be honest with them, they could help me. I did not respond to Karli's second email, the 9th time I had been contacted that day. I had plenty I needed to think about and figure out. The next night, they came and repossessed the car in the middle of the night. I was unaware this was legal, given that I had been communicating with them, had given them every piece of information I could on my payment, and they were the ones doing the harassing. I was not told the car was being repossessed or given an opportunity to remove my things from the vehicle. At that point, I did email Karli back and asked for my personal belongings back, explained how unprofessional this has all been, told her about all the damage there was to the car when I purchased it, etc. She responded that if I want my things, I have to go down to the dealership and pick them up. I do not understand how they can steal my belongings, then tell me I have to go get them. This is egregious and unprofessional!!
