I read all your posts. Of course there's going to be employee versions of what's going on at this company, but the facts are the facts. Not everyone is equal in the performance of their job - but everyone should be treated equal, esp. on pay day. I’ve never worked at a company that can’t make payroll for all its employees on the same day. You Don’t Forget To Do Some Ones’ Check – you have a roster of employees and each employee is entitled to payment for services rendered. Contrary to popular belief, as an employee, you render services to your employer - So your employer pays you or they DECIDE not to. If they decide not to, then its theft / slavery.
The man stood in front of his employees and told them:
"You don’t sale, you’re out and if you got problem with it, fuck you - I won’t pay you either...
I’ll lie to the D.O.L. and say you never worked here and you can call your lawyer and you’ll never see a dime. If you come up and ask me for a check, José and I will whoop your ass in the parking lot!"
WHO DOES THAT?
This doesn’t sound like a stable work environment. Most employees are on probation for some serious felonies and some use drugs and drink on site – in the employee parking lot. My 4th day there, I walked in the bathroom and a girl was smoking crack on the toilet! Not my business girl, but you should find a better place to get high than your job.
I’m all for giving felons a 2ND chance at life - they got to live, eat, pay bills and feed they kids too… even the sex offender that got fired for being a sex offender. That person probably has kids to feed or bills to pay too. You never know and its gods place to judge... and obviously a court already handed down the sentence - - - who are you and why is your crime any better?! You got felonies, YOU HURT SOMEONE TOO.
So now the sex offender can’t feed his kids because Scot and his bitch Jose got an issue with his past. But as long as the rest of you drug addicts, drug dealers - that sell to kids, and senior citizen beaters are okay and begging for your check… its all good, right ?

While everyone was gone fucking off, talking shit bout everyone else, he was on the phone - still trying to get customers. I guess some people know they got something to prove... he has a girl and a kid and was honest with me bout his charges. I looked his ass up! I respect honesty and hope he gets his paper.
But your boy Scot, he makes money off of fucking his employees out of their money. And just because you got a check doesnt mean you got what you were owed. ECP needs to be shut down. Scot you’re not a boss or a CEO at this point – you’re a fucking tyrant. You’re a crack dealer selling to a pregnant woman and mother of two.
Scot, you need God.
Because when you fuck too many people without protection, you get burned. Being “thuged out” isn’t going save you either… that attitude is what’s going to get you and your wife hit. But I can already see you aren’t going to think about that until your lying in the hospital and you’re asking yourself :
“why didn’t I just give that person that $200 or $500 check.”
All the hate, regret and wishing isn’t going to turn that around.
I wasn’t a beast on the phone but I put numbers up… and I never asked for help or a”T.O.”
Just because I don’t put up 10 or 15 a day doesn’t mean you shouldn’t or don't have to pay me. It means you haven’t trained me properly or thoroughly enough to do the job you want done. That’s your fault and failures as a boss or manager… not mine as an employee.

| POLK COUNTY Look, big ruckus in Lakeland this morning 3/9/12. Yep, Scott ole boy moved his operation to Lakeland under the name First Chioce Energy 223 S.Fla. Ave. in Feb. 2012. People started employment Feb 17th... he said you get paid 3 weeks out, March 9th... guess what... nope, have to wait til March 16th... didnt sit well at all . One girl called the cops, LPD. Dominic Peters, The manager/ partner who knows told everyone to leave, he locked the doors and fled. haha what a weeny...along with another who left, Brandon, supposedly a new partner/ owner, who knows ... next round of folks are to show up monday march 12th 6pm to pick up checks...we will see what happens... will the placed be cleaned out or pay people and do the right thight. Anyway heard through the grapevine that there is a class action suit in hillsborough. If anyone has the name of the atty handling that pass it along, we may need to add to the case. Dont mess with polk county or our pay!!! |

No one can ever be close or as capable as he. He will tell you to your face that you will never amount to be anything. He will have meetings about how he came from nothing and worked his way to the top, therefore he will not give hand outs. This is all a crock of shit. Every one...look at where Scott Hedger is today... google Rhode Island Judicial court docket. You will see 35 arrests. Most are domestic violence. Another assault to police officer with unjury a whole bunch of violating no contact orders, fraud, id theft, grand theft, and FORGERY!!! This man is NOT trust worthy. He is on felony probation right now any problems call MR. Vancott at 727- 469-5900. He is currently trying to get off on a violation of probation. call pinellas county state attorney if you have information for them regariding Scott and to why he should not gain extended probation for his violations but to have jail time. He has also beat up girlfriends and may do far worse! There is also a forgery case active right now in Polk county. | Heres went down in Lakeland folks lol yea we're from polk county, so what. Fri 3/16/12 after not being paid on march 9th so we didnt go back, changed pay day to 3/19. were getting calls from someone claiming to be the new manager because they didnt have anyone to work. was asked to come back to work until payday (remember still not gotten pais on march 9th). then someone said we could pick up our checks fri @a6pm 3/16/12 . handful showed up that called or new, some still think they will get a check on the 19th. CHECKS werent right said they paid off the dialer and we know the system goes down, some people got $30 or some got half of what they were suppose to get. Some lady was taking names for lawsuit in tampa. its not what we were told or what paperwork said. call the dept of labor or that lawyer . no pay stubstelling what dates or how many hours we were paid for or nothin. i know we didnt get tips there but they paid us below mim wage.how do people get away with this I am checking every place i can to find out what to do. we are not disgruntled or fired employees . this stuff is happening right here.i have info, paperwork . get together and lets do something. our sheriff wont put up with you crap here buddy!!! and me to. maybe action news would like headup on this also how bout it 8 on your side we worked at telemarketing 223 south fla ave in DOWNTOWN lakeland. my check said energy chioce preferense but was told first choice enrgy how many names do they have expanding my *ss |

| First off Rstoffergen...i emailed u on facebook. Please check it may be under other messages. The forgery is a long story. Scott put his name on something that was not his. He signed my name on a power of attorney without my knowledge to do this. Everyone should check sunbiz.org...there is no energy choice preference. There is however a first choice energy BUT it is listed in Tampa only.i dont even.think they r properly licensed. also all of a sudden dominic peters name was taken off as owner march 7 and now only listed is jose guido menendez. |
