Do not work for this company & do not buy from this company. First, they are not who they say they are! After research completed by a lisenced P.I., I found out that first they used to be called, "American Youth Corps, INC located out of New Jersey. Currently, there is a RED flag notice on the BBB site located in New Jersey. They also go under the name, "National Coast to Coast Distributors" & even, "TCB". Louis Victor is associated with all of these businesses! Craig Mawson & Mike are the other people who, "hire" people to sale for them! Next, they will make you sign an independent contractors agreement with them. They will later tell you that there are provisions to the contract that are not noted in the original agreement. This is illegal! In the contract it states when you send in the orders that you sold that you will be paid by the next Wednesday. This is NOT true! First, they will try to not pay you until at least 2-3 weeks after you sent in your first, "package" as they call it. Then if you are lucky enough to be paid then later they will continue to make it impossible to obtain the correct amount of pay. They will make up provisions to your agreement on their own & tell you it is company policy, like you have to have two packages in over $500 to be paid! So, basically if you have a bad week or are sick then you will not be paid! Louis Victor is a manic! I have recorded a conversation where I am arguing with him telling him that I am not workiny anymore if I am not paid. He goes on to make stupid threats to me & then to say things like, "your husband is cheating on you" or "your husband divorced you"???!!!??? WHAT? Where did that come from??? First, none of that is true. Secondly, we are talking about BUSINESS, so where does these personal attacks come from?? I plan to let anyone ready to listen to hear the attacks that were INSANE. I have never been associated with any company that works this way. I am calling every account I sold to let them know all of this so I am not sued! They still make you call them 2 times a day. Training is NO longer 90 minutes, it has been reduced to 25 minutes if that. This company is not only scamming their contractors but are also scamming businesses & the schools that they represent. All contracts for schools make it ridiculously hard to get out of because they require a 6 month letter to end their relationship & a bunch of other stupid things. Every contract that I was sent has the year that the school signed it erased. They tell their contractors to tell businesses that they will send 5,000 copies to schools when they are only maybe sending 500!!! For anyone that wants to get into a class action lawsuit with me, I have the complete agreements that they make you sign & then they illegally don't pay you. I also have many e-mails in which I am promised things that I did not receive. I also have copies of every sale I made for them, every invioce I sent them, copies of every contract with schools that they sent to me & more. My attorney says that I have enough proof to sue them easily & thinks I should make an attempt to be on the news to let others know about this company. Which I am not considering.
