Sprint Giving Me The Run-Around About My Complaints!!! Overland Park, Kansas

I have been dealing with billing issues with Sprint for almost 3 months now! I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 8 years, and they have been giving me nothing but a hard time! They debited my bank account twice and denied debited my account at all-stating it was my bank's fault. I tried to make a payment the following month, and it went through fine-or so I thought. A few days later, I checked my account & it was still past due. I called Sprint, and again, they had no record of me making a payment. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and the Sprint rep from Headquarters handling my claim stated that she would investigate, but she also told me that during the investigation process I would not keep accumulating charges because I was worried about that. Well, I sent her emails that went unanswered, and my account is now over $300. I haven't heard from her anymore, and I got a text today saying "please make a payment using *3 because your account is scheduled to be disconnected." *3 is what caused the payment problems, yet you ask me to use it to make a payment! Someone from Sprint Headquarters needs to contact me regarding my problems!
