In my opinion, this company, and its owner, John, preys upon seniors in an adult community. In my opinion, he was going to replace a part for my sprinkler system that in fact had nothing wrong with it. I believe he would take my good part away, and "rebuild" it and sell to another unsuspecting customer. He stressed to me that he usually does not have any of these, but happened to have one, so repair would cost only half as much. It would probably be gone shortly, and then I would basically be out of luck. When I kept asking for a written assessment that I could show my friend, a licensed plumber, he got angry and pulled away from my curb as if he had just robbed a bank. My plumber came over immediately and determined there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my equipment. John "showed" me I did not have sufficient pressure to use the system, and my plumber came over and simply turned the valve and a huge amount of water with plenty of pressure poured out. He set up my system with no issues at all. This guy is preying on seniors who most likely pay the guy and do not realize they are being ripped off. I am a single female, so in my opinion, he probably thought I would be an easy mark. I cannot believe he is still in business, after viewing a complaint on-line dating back to 2005
