South Beach Boat Rental The staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Miami Beach, Florida

My girlfriends and I, who are Miami locals, rented a boat for the day. 30 minutes into our trip the boat overheated. Having boat experience and not wanting our day to be ruined we let it cool and proceeded to the sand bar to meet friends. Upon our departure it overheated again. We called South Beach Boat Rentals and advised them of the problem, they provided us no instructions to help the situation. We decided to return the boat, were the staff looked at the boat and then said they didn't see anything wrong with it. When we tried to explain what had occurred on the water they accused us of ruining their boat then said they would sue us for damages. They said if we tried to notify our credit card company, that they always win with the credit card company on a claim so don't even try, then Greg, who claimed to be the owner, gave us a final F off! We were looking for a place to buy a membership but after our treatment there we definitely will never return to South Beach Boat Rentals and as a member of this community, I will advise others of the terrible treatment we received.
Don't ever rent from South Beach Boat Rentals, they do not have any respect for their clients and if something malfunctions with their equipment, they will accuse you without hearing what occured, then threaten to sue you and use disrespectful language while they are at it.
