Sourcinggate Ltd. Paid via VISA, but no product delivered Sourcinggate Ltd., Internet

The internet site Sourcinggate Ltd. is where I went to purchase 2 headphones, and paid via a VISA / ATM card. The money was deducted from my checking account when VISA paid Sourcinggate Ltd for $18.64. The Receipt was emailed to me on November 3, 2010. The Receipt ID is ****-****-****-4861 from secure payments through Sourcinggate Ltd.

I made many email inquires to Sourcinggate Ltd. support center to get and approximate delivery date after waiting 21 days. The following persons from the service center has emailed me with simular remarks stating that the Receipt ID is not what they use and I need to provide a PayPal ID number of sort. I do not have a PayPal account, I have gone to the PayPal site, but to no avail they have no record of me.

The following people have emailed me:

MXE-583603, three times have requested a PayPal account number or id number, which I do not have.

LVW-746824, six times have also requested a PayPal account number or id number, which I do not have.

NYA-885726, three times have requested a PayPal account number or id number, which I do not have.

And all of the support center staff whom have emailed me, never resolved my problem of no product delivered. One email did state they were have computer problems on that particular date when I ordered my headphones. It is now over 30 days and to no resolve, I am out $18.64, and no headphones. Please help me either resolve this problem of no delivery of goods or have my money refunded.
