| About 3 months back I ordered a Royal Replica Ring from The Natural Sapphire Ring . It cost me $2500 with a star sapphire studded in.When I received the same I was petrified; It looked like a cheap $100 ring available in Hong Kongs imitation jewellery shops . I checked it out with 2 local jewellers who were very certain that it was a $200Imitation stuff. And the so called natural Star sapphire was no more than a cheap treated coloured corundumFurious; I made several contacts with The Natural Sapphire Company and had to deal with their very rude sales people. The natural Sapphire Company simply refused to take back the ring claiming it exceeded the 5 day evaluation periodAs I was expecting baby ; My husband decided not to pursue the issue. But now as I see so many negative posts on the forum about The natural sapphire Company and its fraudulent ways I feel I should have filed a complaint with California department of consumer complaintAnd today I read about the CIO of The natural Sapphire Company openly admitting of image manipulation of their inventory . The natural sapphire Company should be shut down by law enforcement agencies and I have decided to move ahead with complaint filing |

We have also observed lot of self-generated publicity this company has created around Kate Middleton's sapphire engagement ring and so called replica of the sapphire ring
Here are some facts about the Natural Sapphire company who sell natural sapphires, natural sapphire engagement rings and sapphire jewelry including Natural rubies
a) First and the foremost their stuff is about 400% more expensive then what is offered by other companies. Under the garb of “natural” they sell their inventory at exorbitant price

g) We were approached by this software company who told us that Michael Arnstein further resorted to threats to the family members of the directors of this software company which is very disturbing
