I responded to their web offer to try their electronic cigarettes for $9.95. During the order entry process there was no hint that this may be a subscription service.


Three weeks later I received another order for which $99.95 + $ 9.95 shipping was charged to my credit card.


After spending at least 30 minutes on hold for customer service I chose to work with my bank to reverse the charges.


The bank fraud department discontinued my card and told me I would have to file with the dispute department to reverse the charges.


The dispute department told me I needed to wait for the vendor to respond. They tried contacting the vendor while I was on the phone with them but got no response. They also advised me that the subscription is mentioned in their "terms and conditions" which I agreed to by completing the order.


So buyer beware. Although what they are doing is misleading it's probably legal.


I sent them a e-mail requesting a refund via both my personnel e-mail and via their customer service link on the website.


Anxiously awaiting their reply to see if we can resolve this issue.
