| I called and emailed Smarttweak and Paypro Global (the reseller for Smarttweak's Software Bundle) for a full refund for software purchased on may 2, 2011. I submitted a request on may 2. Helen said i would get a full refund within 7 days yet that has not occurred. I purchased the software through paypal and opened a claim once i noticed Smarttweak and/or Paypro Global did not honor their agreement to refund me the money. According to the only refund policy they honor full refunds when a request is made within 30 days of purchase and the software is not used beyond that point. I have abided by paypro globals refund terms and conditions but they have failed to honor their own agreement. The reason i requested a refund was due to not receiving a key code upon purchasing the key code and being billed excessive monthly recurring fees (indefinitely) to use the software. I have one question....when will i get my full refund? |

Smart Tweak claims to be easy to use. They also have a 30 day money back guarantee. I found that neither of these are true.
I run a business. When I add a new computer for an employee, I need it up and running asap. I purchased the software online and felt secure that if it did not work for me they would send a refund. I tried and tried to get it to work. Called the tech support. Never could get the drivers to update. NOT EVEN ONE! OUT OF 27! To get my emploee working I went ahead and searched out my drivers on my own. I expect a refund! Your product did not provide the service it promised and I want my $9.95 back. The customer support person I talked to said that I need to reload the program and try the drivers again... but I already made them work by going to each of the companies website and downloading the drivers one at a time.
You people are nothing more than common thieves!

| Always it shows drives health poor only after scanning and fixing of errors also. You keep on scanning and fixing it will be same then what is the benefit to purchase the software and using it. I purchased it online from the site directly and keep on using it but my drives health is poor only. |

Stop misleading people!
According to our policies, any user may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase – no questions asked. We have never violated this rule...
It’s a pity that instead of using quality as an argument, you prefer resorting to blatant defamation and misleading people.

| SmartTweak would not download at any higher rate than 1.2 kb per second. There were about 100 mb in total to download. When I asked Propaypal for my money back they said I should advise the company. I did so, and within minutes my computer was infected with the Win 7 Antivirus 2012 scam bug. Can't help wondering if there is a connection. Payback, perhaps? Took me all day to get this crap off my computer. Still don't know if I will be charged, but not falling for their monthly charge fees. Not paying for something that doesn't work. And have cancelled my credit card and asked for a new one. So good luck, SmartTweak, Propaypal, and/or Win 7 Antivirus 2012 charging anything to my account. Up yours, as they say. |
