Ok, I terminated my job with Small Scholars Learning Center, LLC back on 07/02/10; I had worked from home for this Center from 02/07/10 until I terminated myself from their employment. Stories going around that I was "fired"; did not submit to owners the First & Second Quarter of Payroll Completed Tax Forms, which was not only sent via email to Nancy Thomas, but also to a Bonnie Maurer (Childcare Manager) of Small Scholars Learning Center, LLC back in 01/11 for work that I completed for Small Scholars until last payroll date of 07/02/10. I also filed a Labor Law Dispute against this business for back wager's that I still have not received as of this date. Well just to inform Small Scholar's I have faxed over to the State of Pennsylvania Unemployment Office fax #570-562-4874, Attn: Desk 65, Judy all Payroll Summary Reports from 03/10 thru 07/02/10 and all copies of Emails that went back and forth between Nancy Thomas, Bonnie Maurer and myself. Both women really need to do a mental check on themselves about this. Oh, before I forget, Nancy Thomas is upset because of State Withholding Taxes from former owner of Teddy Bear Kids being applied to Small Scholars, well "sweetheart, I filed all the necessary paperwork for you, a date was given for u to appear, you told Staff, that "God came to you and told you, that you didn't need to appear in front of the State for State Withholding Taxes, so you didn't go to fight this case. You lost because of your own problems, not because of Harriet Horn-O'Connor who happed to died on 12/10/09, or did u forget u signed a "Contract" or what.
