| sless construction group cgc# 1515830 was hired by myself to do some simple home modifications ,not only did you not pull the proper permits with orange county florida government ,he did not fulfill the terms of our agreement ,sloppy work ,incomplete work ,are just a few of the issues I have with andy sless construction group ...his painting skills are less then amateur.. do not allow this man to use power tools on your home. he will create more damage than repair to your property ..poor quality work , and deceptive work ethics ,are only a few reasons you do not want to do business with this contractor . my experience was he worked past sundown , informs me that all work has been completed ,he was paid in full , only for me to discover the next morning ,he did not scrape and paint soffits as agreed and written in contract ,some new wood that was put up was not even painted ..he was not even able to build a square box , or even complete the task at hand ... stay far away from this inexperienced person .. |

To whom it may concern,
I'm not sure if this is a bad joke or if I have sincerely done a customer wrong. Either way, someone is upset with me and or my company and that is not acceptable to me! I can assure you that it is with only the best intentions that I enter into each and every customer's home. I employ only the best tradesmen and tradeswomen in the business and strive for perfection on every project.
As the owner of Sless Construction I take personal vested interest in each and every project we take on. I strive for perfection and am happy with nothing less. Apparently we have failed you sir or mam and for that I do sincerely apologize!! Based on the information given I'm not sure exactly which project this is, but I will review all closed permits for the past year and try to figure out which ones may have been pulled incorrectly. As a Florida state certified and insured General Contractor it is my duty to pull all building permits associated with any project and to make sure that all other trade specific permits are pulled for their individual scope and that all work is performed by the properly licensed and insured tradesmen. I will investigate this matter and try to resolve any wrong doing I may have caused this person.
On behalf of myself, Sless Construction and all of its employees again I am truly sorry for any wrong doin on our behalf and I employ you to please contact us to help us make this matter right.
