SKS Payments Northern Leasing, Inc. Deducted $195 from my business checking account after I closed my business 8 months ago! New York, New York

I signed a lease agreement 7/30/2001 with Northern Leasing, Inc. Lease term was 48 months at $41.33 per month. Since I was still in business, things just went along as usual....until I closed my business 8/01/2011/. I was instructed to return my terminal and that would close out my account. I did so via UPS and verified their receiving it. I was charged the following 2 months for "First and Last month" . I still have by business checking account because I do freelance work under the same name and February 2011, I get charged $195 from SKSpmt.com and it caused overdraft of $35.00!! I called SKS and was informed that they had notified me via mail (to an address that I moved from in 1/2003) and that "my account had been audited and this charge was a compilation of annual fees that Northern Leasing, Inc. should have billed and never did." Then she proceeded to tell me the fees are legit and non-refundable. I go to my bank and close the account and dispute the charge. My bank informs me that SKS/Northern Leasings bank provided them "written authorization" from me that it was okay for this charge!!!! WHAT??? I NEVER authorized this charge. So my bank asked their bank for proof and they sent the original lease agreement dated 7/30/2001 that shows the terms were 48 months. But because I had authorized them to deduct from my account at all, they could legally deduct $$$ of any amount at any time!!!!! That just CANT be right, but my bank (who is usually fantastic) said as long as SKS/Northern Leasings bank says "no charge back" then my bank cant refund my money!!!!! Im now in the hole $-247 and cant pay my bills........ Any advice?
