SKS Associates Lease contract fraud New York, New York

After reading all the other reports, my letter received today, 3/29/2011, is exactly like the others. SKS Associates claiming to have taken over rights, titles an interest in certain leases owned by Lease Finance Group, LLC. An audit was conducted on my account and it was "determinded certain taxes and related filing costs pertaining to the equipment leased (credit card machine) were either not collected or under collected and they want to take $67.75 from my account today! Letter was dated 3/25/2011 and I received it 3/29/2011. I immediately went to my bank, showed them the letter and the reports from this website from others who had been scammed. My banker called the number and went through automated prompts, one prompt wanted my SS# if I didn't have the lease number available. Heck No! that should be a red flag. My lease of my machine ended in 2006 and after paying monthly for the equipment, I still had to pay a "purchase" price of $164.16. I should not owe Lease Finance Group another penny and I sure as heck am not paying anything to SKS! My banker put a hold on my account against SKS. I intend to contact Better Business and State A. office.
