A little less than a year ago after being a member of this online karaoke site. I signed into my account and received their usual notice they give to all members with no warning.. Your account has been suspended.. Please contact SingSnap support for more information..Well that is a crock as not one person ever gets a reply.. I however had the CEO's email address and demanded an explanation.
He did reply to me.. He said someone informed him I was a spy for a competitor of his which is so laughable as I was doing Public Relations on a volunteer basis for him. He never bothered to ask me if this was true.
I reported then to the BBB in Canada as I wanted a full refund for all of the membership money I paid .. In addition to the many people I paid for in their sponsor program..
The point of this report really is to alert people of the many unethical business practices by this company.
There are many other karaoke sites online where the owners would be happy for your business and would not ban as many people as this site does for no apparent reasons.. Just a beware here.. They even take your money if you are banned if you pay for someone else's membership . Also laughable.
He then had several people report him to the BBB which took him down to an F rating and paid the BBB to earn that A+ rating .. Also laughable.
